I recently had my furnace and air ducts cleaned by Gold furnace and air duct cleaning

All i want to say is that they are very professional and did there job very good. I am happy with the end results. Will definitely recommend this team.

Scammers. I should have first checked to see if they're even a legitimate business. After they finished cleaning my furnace, the guy pulls out his calculator, acts like he is doing some math, and shows it to me and says the total comes out to $150. I say the lady on the phone yesterday said the job will cost only $119. He says no, it's flat rate $150. I say show me an agreement, then. He doesn't. I call the number on the side of his truck. A guy answers hello. I ask if this is Gold Furnace. He hangs up immediately. I call again. Automated voice says the number is not available. Shady. The calculator guy comes back and says, ok, ok. It's only $130. How? I ask. $119 plus tax is $125. He accepts $125. Never again.Response to the owner's response (below): After I posted this initial review, a woman calls me up from a 587 number that doesn't ID as the business. She requests me to take down my review. She says it was a mistake on the part of Virdi (sp?) who did the furnace cleaning and collection of payment. He made a mistake. Because of that, she said, this person has been terminated from the company.Regardless of what happened"
