I have been a patient of Dr. Morales for almost 4 years, and have been impressed with her care and attention to detail especially during the Covid months. Her staff are very pleasant and professional.

It is always a good feeling to be greeted with a smile right away as you enter. Being recognized and told that they are ready for you just adds to the feeling of competence. Dr. Morales and staff are professional, experienced, effective and are there to help you maintain your health. They offer easy suggestions so we can do better by ourselves. Also no rush when you have questions. I always feel they are on my side. The most current technology for superior results for both of us are being used for my benefit. Even some small documentation requests happen right away.

I have been getting a different hygienist every time I come, for a long time now, unlike how it USED to be. This time was great! Her name was Andrea. She was so thorough, gentle and had good advice for the future. She is very knowledgeable. We discussed a few things that were helpful. I hope she stays here for a long time.Also having Julie back at the front desk is great! She knows her stuff re. Insurance etc. She explained the whole “ units” thing to me regarding my insured allotment. She gave me good questions for my insurance company. Plus she is friendly, polite and patient. So glad to see her again! It’s nice to have familiarity again.

I adore Dr. Morales .. she is an excellent Dentist focused on proper treatment with superior advice. I held back on writing anything until I could really assess her and provide an accurate posting. In addition to her professionalism .. she also has a very personable touch. Add this up and you can feel comfortable selecting her as your Dentist.

Dr. M misinformed me and performed a procedure on me knowing it would not work. Initially the dentist said that I needed to get a more expensive procedure so that it would last longer, rather than a more affordable temporary fix. This more expensive procedure then actually only lasted for 7 days and when going back to the dentist she then told me she predicted this would not last long". This goes against what she told me previously. It is clear she does not care about patients well being.I trusted this dentist to treat me with respect and inform me about all options and outcomes however she did not. After this procedure did not work I am now being offered multiple other procedures

I do not find accurate adjectives to describe the excellence of attention, punctuality, honesty and care. I love this place, finally after 4 years of trying to find a good Dentist.

Dr. Morales is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. So far I've had two major procedures preformed by her and I was very impressed both times. She provides 100% care, kindness, and is very experienced. The staff are all super friendly and professional. And I've never waited more than a minute or two - which, in our busy world is priceless. Thank you Rosedale Family Dental Centre for being an amazing example in your field.

Dr. Schlosser is an excellent dentist. Very knowledgeable, patient & gentle.He has an excellent assistant & the front office gals are delightful.A very comfortable & welcoming dental office. I would recommend Dr. Schlosser & Rosedale to anyone looking for dental care.

I had enough of my old dental clinic and wanted to find a new dentist. My co-worker recommended Rosedale Family Dental in Vaughan and that Dr. Maria Rollinson was a very good dentist. I booked an appointment and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left; I was thoroughly impressed.Walking into the dental clinic, I was amazed at how clean and modern it looked. I noticed there were tissue boxes and hand sanitizer available all over the reception area. There was a coffee machine if I wanted one and free wifi. Plus, the washroom was spotless!I came in for my initial patient meeting, x-rays and then a teeth cleaning. The hygienist named Nana was so nice to me. She took her time explaining every single procedure. She actually checked on me while doing the teeth cleaning to ask if it hurt or if I was comfortable. Moreover, she took her time and made sure to do a thorough cleaning. My old dentist office would rush through it like it was some kind of race. At the end, Dr. Maria came in and looked over my x-rays and explained to me what my next steps were. She made me feel like I was more than just a patient. She was looking out for my best interests and I could feel it.After I scheduled my next appointment, all the staff thanked me by name as I left. I couldnt have asked for a better dental experience. From start to finish, I was seriously looked after. Honestly, if I didnt try out Rosedale Family Dental I would have continued to suffer at my old clinic. I will be coming back for sure!
