Cedars of Lake Eugenia - Cottage Resort

we stayed for the weekend to soak up this unexpected beautiful April weather. we absolutely loved every second of our stay. the cottage was clean and beds we’re comfortable. the lake is calm and perfect for kayaking (which we’re available on the resort).Krista, Sydney and Josh made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable!couldn’t have asked for a better weekend !

Beautiful setting for this all cottage, family resort (I was mistakenly told by a visitor it was adults only). I didn't actually stay there, drove by and visited as an option for future vacations.

The guests were very responsive and helpful. The cottage was clean and had all that's necessary for a comfortable stay. The beach could use a couple trucks of fine sand as the one they have is very coarse, more like gravel. The pool is nice however they didn't turn on the heater until the last day of our stay. Overall the resort is well kept and provides for a calm and refreshing vacation in the middle of nature.

Great place to get away from the city. Cottages or chalets (2 story) available, small beach, great lake with canoes and paddle boats available. If you run short of supplies Flesherton only a few km away , can get all you need. Family owned, helpful and friendly, we've been twice and planning a 3rd trip, but are sold out for rest of this summer I was told,

Great place and is very cosy and clean. Amazing sunsets and fall colours. I was there with a group of women in October last year and returned this week with my husband. Both times in cabin 5 with 2 bedrooms and a wood burning fireplace. It is very quiet with no boats in this part of the lake. I recommend a stay in the waterfront cottages. Not high end but good value. New owners in July 2020. Loved the new paint colour and curtains which brightened up the cabin.

What a beautiful spot! The cabin was immaculate and comfortable, but we spent most of our stay outside - soaking up the sun and the scenery. There are plenty of activities on site, and we brought our fishing gear along as well. I will 100% be booking this again!

What a hidden gem! Beautiful spot right on the water. The cottages were clean and updated with a fully stocked kitchen including with everything we needed. The owners are lovely and accommodating, the grounds are well kept and you can’t beat the view! Bonus was having the option of swimming in the pool or lake! We had so much fun using the peddle boats/ canoes/ kayaks! We will definitely be back!! Thanks for a great weekend!

We just came home from a 5 day stay. Amazing is an understatement!. We took our twin grand daughters aged 10.5, they absolutely loved it. We will be going back next yr. Everything from the cottage to the activities were excellent. The owner Sydney went above and beyond to make our stay awesome!. She is very attentive and the cottages are clean and well maintained, highly recommend this property for a holiday!Yvonne Forbes

Love this place! spent two nights there Oct 29-31, 2021. Everything was perfect, clean, and beautiful setting. It was a cold and rainy weekend but the wood we ordered for the woodstove was there and the room quickly had a cozy feel to it. Just feet from the lake we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the swans swim around. An all around great place to spend a Fall weekend

My husband and I stayed here in May 2021. Cedars Resort did not disappoint! The cabins and chalets have been refreshed, and furniture and decor have been updated. The new owners (as of June 2020) have taken great care to ensure that all cabins are well equipped with more than the basic necessities in the kitchen, bedrooms, and living space. Even the firewood is top notch - dry, and long burning. Our cabin was quaint and comfortable, with a great view of Lake Eugenia, a private deck, fire pit, bbq, dock, and access to the water. We made use of the pedal boats (canoes and pedal boats are included in the cabin rental), and the owners directed us to nearby scenic hiking trails. The resort is clean and well maintained, offering the feel of up north" without the drive. The owners are friendly and welcoming
