Welland Smiles Dentistry - Dr.Catherine Ventresca

My partner and I have been going to Welland Smiles for the past 3 years - it is the best dentistry we've been to. The Dr. is great, the dental assistants are so knowledgable and gentle, and the administrative staff go above and beyond. I actually look forward to my appointments which I never thought was possible.

The professionalism and attentive personal care of Dr. Catherine and her staff is second to none. I’ve been a patient since Dr. Catherine took over from Dr. Larry. From day one, the knowledge, patience, respect, “TLC” of Dr. Catherine and her staff have continued to allay my dental visit anxieties. Over the years, Rhonda has seen to my many dental “emergencies” ASAP - miraculously. The state of the art equipment and new facilities only add to the excellent service they provide. I would highly recommend Dr. Catherine Ventresca and Welland Smiles Dentistry to anyone needing dental care, young and elderly alike. They make you feel like family. Bravo!!!

This is my dentist's office. Dr. Catherine is amazing. She listens to my concerns and has helpful suggestions. Now I love my front teeth again.The hygienists and front desk staff are welcoming.

I found this dental clinic wonderful and they are very professional. Dr. Ventresca went over my x-rays and explained everything to me.The dental hygienist was very pleasant and definitely would recommend anyone to go to Smiles Dentistry on Fitch St., in Welland.The office staff are very friendly and courteous. Due to COVID found they kept everything clean and very careful by taking temperature and asking questions about how you are feeling.I have one recommendation, the clinic I went to near Kingston gave a discount for patients who do not have coverage. Found that very nice.If you haven’t got a dentist I would definitely recommend this one.

Dr Catherine is the best dentist I've ever been to. But my last visit wasn’t even covered by my insurance. The account has reached its maximum amount for the year. I wouldn’t have even went to the appointment if I was informed that the procedure wasn’t being covered by my insurance I guess they just don’t care if you can afford the procedure or not. Bad service in the staff they should have known that my account was maxed out!! Dr Catherine is great but some of the staff not so?

I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Catherine Ventresca as my dentist for a long time. She has taken care of my entire family. She has done root canals and crowns, fixed broken teeth, you name it. We trust her work and her advice completely, and all of her work has been outstanding. She has a highly professional and polite staff who make you feel welcome and like family. Their COVID protocol is very thorough and consistent throughout the facility. Professionalism, kindness, compassion, reassurance. You will find it ALL at Welland Smiles Dentistry. I could not be more grateful!

Mrs. Ventresca is head and shoulders above any dentist in the area. Her knowledge and expertise is bar non. She is so good at what she does she should win best dentist ever!!! She loves what she does because you can tell in the quality of her work. I am so pleased with her work on myself, my kids and wife. She’s a cut above the rest. I’ve been to a couple dentists , there’s no comparison!!!
