I will never do business again with this manufacturer or dealer. Terrible customer service, they just do not care.I bought a brand new 2015 Chevrolet Cruze from Wallace Chevrolet in Milton Ontario. From day one I was experiencing issues with the car and had to return it several times for vibration and alignment problems.I thought the car was a lemon and asked them to take it back after constant issues but they offered me 50% of the cost of the car less than month after buying it. I was made to believe that it was normal for the car to have a slight drift due the the camber of the road. (Untrue, I drove other cars before. Not my first Car)The dealer tried to get me to buy another car at an additional cost by rolling the now negative equity into a new car, increasing my overall payments (Very sleazy) Of course I said no.After several re-alignment attempts, they said they had fixed the problem. Fast forward three years and I go to an independent alignment specialist who told me what they actually did. He was shocked and volunteered to provide GM Canada the details of what he saw. The wheels on my car were largely offset so it wouldn't drift. Hardly a fix, rather a patch.I called GM Canada and as you might expect, they were zero help. Once these people have your money, they don't care anymore. If you're lucky enough to buy a new car that doesn't have any issues well then this review won't mean much to you. For those of you that may end up buying a faulty" vehicle from this manufacturer

Buyer beware! If I could give GM 0 stars, I would.I have been a GM customer as long as I could drive (20 years). In that time I have owned several vehicles (all GM) because their name used to stand for quality, but they have really gone downhill over the past several years. When I got a real lemon in 2018 and my car required a full brake job at only 36,000km and 2 years old, GM blamed it on covid! When I told them that I was an essential worker who had worked throughout covid and had my vehicle serviced throughout covid, they decided the problem was from lack of maintenance performed at the dealership and brushed me off.When I offered to provide proof of all required service and maintenance performed at the dealership, within the required time frames, they declined and said it was a dealership issue and refused to deal with the dealership.When I spoke to the service manager at Georgian Chevrolet in Barrie, they also blamed covid and basically said it was not their problem (even though I had been driving throughout covid and they had seen my vehicle twice within 6 months and inspected my brakes with no maintenance recommended on them). Just an awful experience all around. What kind of company does not communicate with the company that is selling and servicing their vehicles?And the District Service Manager was even less help. She refused to meet with us and never returned our calls.I will never buy another GM vehicle, and if I did, it certainly would NEVER be from Georgian Chevrolet in Barrie. I want a company that makes a quality vehicle, and a dealership that knows how to maintain the vehicles that they sell and stands behind their work.Is that too much to ask for such a large purchase?If that doesn't convince you, these are photos are of my 2 year old brakes with only 36,000km on them. The rotors were so rusted that they looked like they were about to fall off the car.Real quality product GM, and great dealership service Georgian Chevrolet, not.

0 star with customer satisfaction and promising deadlineI was promised to deliver a car by mid august of 2022 and the showroom took deposit of $2000 from me but never delivered the car infact called me back and said we cannot deliver your vehicle due high demandi was going through a very rough time in my life where my mom was going through cancer treatment eventually who didn’t surviveSorry gm but not good at all sir

What an amazing facility. We catered an event there yesterday and I blown away by the venue. The employee cafe at that GM building is unbelievably modern and clean.

Never again! Had to replace the transmission on my 2012 Chevy Cruz that has 160,000 km on it. Yes you read that correctly, had to replace the TRANSMISSION. Years ago I didn't buy a Honda because I thought the extra money wouldn't be worth it. Figured the Chevy would last. Should have listened to everyone. There's definetly is a reason why people are willing to spend more on cars from Honda or Toyota... because they last and are reliable! Something GM can't do for some reason.Do yourself a favour and avoid buying a GM car. They are simply lousy built cars that will let you done. This advice I promise will save you a lot of stress and frustration in the future.Goodbye GM forever!

last time buying a gm, I bought a new 2018 Sierra Denali haven’t experienced a garbage vehicle like this since I had an f150 but this one maybe worse, 130km needs shocks all around running boards don’t work and the electronic fins on the rad have a sensor gone bad and you have to replace the whole thing not to mention the abs recall never got fixed and I was told by the dealer I need to buy a computer for it. @130km no truck should need 15-20 thousand in repairs not worth the 1 star I’m forced to give you!

You have lost a customer, I bought a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 diesel brand new off the lot after hearing all these wonderful things and spending over 100,000 on a truck. This truck is a lemon! I have contacted the dealer who has told me many times they have no ETA to fix my truck after I’ve just got it back for other issues. I’ve called GM and they gave me a higher up contact and have heard nothing back. I’ve emailed and nothing. This truck is apparently 1 of 9 at the dealer with issues and many more at other dealers. This truck has been in service more then on the road. When asking to trade it to get out I was told due to the warranty issues that I would be offered 10,000 less off the top cause it can’t be sold. So a issue supposed to be under warranty is gonna cost me 10,000 to trade and get out of. I’m done with this truck I’m done with the awful service of GM. Never again.

I received a recall notice stating that my 09 Pontiac vibe airbag needs to be replaced and the the car front passenger seat should not be occupied until the repairs are done. I called the dealer to have the repairs done. They weren’t able to book an appointment right away. They said they don’t have the parts. They said it will take about a week or two to complete the repairs. I asked them to provide me with a safe rental or a loaner for the time being so my family of five can continue to live our life. The manager at the dealer said they don’t do that and I should contact GM head office in Oshawa. The were even worse. They don’t think it’s that big of a deal. I asked to speak to a manager. They don’t provide rentals or loaners. The manager refuse to give his last name. They don’t care if we cannot use our car until our vehicle is repaired. So disappointed that GM Canada takes safety as a joke. Our family think safety is important so we will have to pay for a rental until GM Canada and the dealer can make the time and have parts available to repair our car.
