Outstanding service! We called Encano Plumbing & Drainage Ltd first thing this morning with an issue and he showed up in a couple of hours even though we didn’t have an appointment. He solved the leakage issue. I’ve never had such an amazing experience with such a dreadful task. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Eddie for any work you need to be done.

Encano Plumbing & Draining team is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable plumber. After I called him he arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. No more leaks at my house!

Encano’s came out to adjust the system after servicing the boiler. The technician was on time, competent and efficient. Cannot fault the service and looking forward to using them again for maintenance and repairs when needed

Found Encano Plumbing on Google back in 2021 when I was looking for a plumber to clear a clogged shower and sink. I needed someone ASAP so I hired another company that was available on the same day but charged significantly more than what Encano quoted later on. Ed from Encano responded to my message and was very courteous and friendly even though I ended up hiring another plumber.Fast forward to 2023 and I found a ceiling water bubble in my first floor washroom. I contacted Ed and he was quick to respond and said he could come over on the same day to do an assessment. He came back the following afternoon to repair the leak. He also cleaned our kitchen sink line and unclogged our washroom sink as it was draining slowly. Overall, I'm very happy with the work done. Ed was very friendly and personable too.

Very professional and came to repair as soon as requested when we had a water pipe issue. Definitely will use their service again in the future! Highly recommend.

I called Ed from Encano Plumbing and his come to my place to install the Brondell CleanSpa Luxury Hand Held Bidet. It was a very good, he arrived ontime, spent time advising about the water system and explained what he did. He did a very good job!

I needed a small custom project to have an automatic water dispenser bowl to my dog. Eddie showed up on time. Very good communication before arrival. I explained what I needed, in a blink of an eye everything was ready. Neat and clean solution. Now our lovely husky Takaya will never be thirsty again.
