Hollywood Bowl Peterborough

We attended a birthday party here last month and we had a great time! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was fun but not rowdy.When my son had a problem with his food because he's autistic and the ketchup was different to the ketchup at home, the staff brought him fresh fries and didn't charge me. It was just really lovely and I'm very grateful, because this is the kind of thing that makes a difference when you have a child with additional needs. It meant he could still enjoy his food, without getting too upset. Thank you!

Good place, nice service, clean and well managed. But the cocktail was shocking. It was supposed to be a Mojito but rather tasted like lemon water with lots of ice...

Went during the daytime on a week day so it was fairly quiet. Had two games at OAP rate (£6 something). Good value for an hour's fun. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Pretty decent time, lots of activities which is great and the staff are friendly. They also have a good selection of drinks at the bar involved in the purchased ticket. However, the bathrooms are disgusting

David was a great, he was very friendly and joined in with jokes.couple of points for improvement -* no air con or fans in VIP area so very hot* Leather seats very sticky like a drink had been spilt and not cleaned up* Toilets could do with a little attention, they were not vey clean and doors damaged.However these did not affect our night and we would be happy to return.

Great place, typically noisy but that is expected. Lanes are in good condition and we had no trouble finding a suitable ball. The lane screen has some nice features and you can request service which is nice!

I came to visit the Peterborough bowling this evening and very disappointed in the lack of customer service from one member of staff behind the bar. My partner ordered a hot chocolate that tasted like just hot water. When he went over to see if could be changed all the guy did was put a few hot sprinkles on top.Still tasted horrible. I then went over!!!!! And explained that it tasted horrible and the guy just looked at me as though I wasn’t making sense. I asked for it to be made again, which by that point a lovely guy came over and filled the chocolate beans up. A lovely hot chocolate was then made.Why on earth could the first guy not have done this. He had two separate occasions to do this and failed.Very disappointed! But thank you to the guy that did deliver good customer service.

We really enjoyed our time tonight, Leannah was especially helpful and found us a spot when we turned up with no booking on a busy Friday night! Also big thanks too to Chantelle and Garren who helped us all night with great service and patience hahaThank u guys, will be back again! Xx

Friendly staff, great place to bowl. Food service great. Toilets not always as clean as they should be despite allegedly being checked regularly. Have noticed that sometimes toilet chart has been signed to say they were checked yet less than 5 minutes later there is no toilet roll, tissue all over floor and toilets not flushed implying the staff have signed the sheet yet not actually done the checks correctly.
