I've been loyal to this location since I was a kid and had decent experiences over the years. However tonight I had the worst customer service experience.I was told there were no more slices available for purchase..... 50 minutes before the store closed!! I asked to twice to confirm the store closed at 2 just to make sure they didn't close earlier than advertised online. I'd understand if I came 10-15 minutes before the store closed and no more slices were available. But almost an hour, really?? That's unacceptable and upsetting as a hungry customer.The employee was rude, barely apologetic and clearly didn't care about customer service. All he could tell me was that someone just purchased the last slice and that they're closing soon (aka 50 minutes). So if you're hungry and looking for a quick bite, I'd suggest saving your gas money to go elsewhere.

I asked my son to bring a take out Pizza from Pizza Pizza Stone Road Mall Guelph Store location on March 08 th 2023 at around 9 at night. He ordered a extra large 4 toppings Pizza. The Pizza was so bad in quality and taste that I never had and also not thought of it. It wss very hard and brittle like a biscuit. It wss a four toppings pizza but that looks like a very much ordinary pizza. I and my other family members just garbage that Pizza after taking a single bite. My son told me that the manager of the store did not pay any attention to the new guy who made that Pizza. He actually told me not to post any review as he might shift the blame to that new guy who made that Pizza. With this review I'm attracting the management attention to enquire into the matter.

We went to get pizza yesterday after 8:00 PM. I was very disgusted to see the way they prepared the food. The guy was sneezing while making the pizza and he was talking talking so much while making the pizza. The other guy was at the fries station holding the fries with his bare hands after finish with the cash helping a customer. The sanitation at this place is very nasty and disgusting. All the Pizza Pizza place is dirty. I will never give this place my business. It is a dirty place. This place will definitely lose customers of this continue. I am sure they don’t care to lose customers.

Told the person on the phone I was using a student card to pay and even gave the student number when they asked and thought everything was fine until I saw they didn't charge me so I assumed they didn't put my order in and was going to call again. It wasn't until the pizza was at the door that I found out I had to pay up front and not on my card. Luckily I had money to pay but that was not what I wanted to happen. would give 0 stars If possible

Edit...the pizza has a delicious taste. Dough is fresh. That being said it always arrives lukewarm and I have to recook in my oven. Overall, tastes better than Domino's which tastes very salty. The larger issue is the regular delivery driver. He is not friendly at all and seems to hate his job and I've tried give him the benefit of the doubt. Driver often receiving a 40% tip from us pretty much every timeI have ordered about three times in the past week and a half after not ordering in a very long time. I've always ordered the same feature. The Crave special which is a great deal including a large 3 topping pizza, three cans of pop, plus a coupon for Crave. I've ordered the exact same toppings on the pizza each time.The first time was amazing. Almost made me wonder why I had stopped ordering. The second time was still pretty good, though the pizza didn't arrive as hot as the previous time.Last night was awful. As soon as I ordered online, the email confirmation stated that there was no time guarantee. It took an hour to get here, and was undercooked and lacking the extra cheese that I paid for. I had to cook the whole pizza in my oven for another 7 minutes to he exact. It was like they tried to rush it out. Driver definitely was not happy with his $3.50 cash tip

Just got off the phone with my daughter who is at the mall with her friend for her birthday. She told me that she's upset because she ordered 2 slices of pizza, one with pepperoni and one with jalapenos. She received the pepperoni slice and some jalapeno poppers. When she informed staff of the mix up they refused to fix it or offer a refund. Instead they argued a 13 year old and told her that she was wrong and that's what she ordered. She informed them that they misheard her but they continued to argue her and not fix her food. She reluctantly took the jalapeno poppers after getting tired of basically being called a liar. That is absolutely disgusting behavior by staff and I guarantee they wouldn't have acted like that if I was there. This happened at about 2:30pm ish on Saturday, May 20, 2023. Would not recommend or go here ever again

We used to order pizza pizza all the time but I don't think we ever will again. I will admit we had a large order so that effects the quality but the crust was like cardboard and there was hardly any cheese on any of them except the one we order double cheese on (which looked like a normal amount you would get from orther chains regular cheese pizzas)

I completely understand that it can be very exhausting to work at a pizza store at night as you don’t have much needed help but there is no point to be harsh with the customers because of this reason. I had to go another location to get my order because the employee denied to serve us saying that he does not have the required items and he never greeted us, all he had was disappointment on his face when he saw us coming and was very rude and he used the same excuse for like the third time which is obviously not true as I confirmed it with the Uber eats app and the pizza pizza helpline according to which everything is in stock . It is really disheartening when you have to go to another location just because the employee does not want to serve you. And it’s not been for the first time, I have been facing this since a long time so please try to improve your customer service as this is the basic thing you can offer.
