Freedom Mobile

I go there to ask about my phone today, but the Indian guy doesn’t know anything . He don’t have any knowledge and bad in dealing with a customer , he doesn’t put attention to the customers because he was busy talking to his friend. I don’t recommend this location. Very bad service and very disappointed with the employees attitude.

Mr. Jesse is great. He answered all my questions for 10 minutes. and the result. He solved my phone's internet problem.Thank you, Jesse. You are the best.

I got an iPhone 14 in boxing day.My previous provider was Fido and I decided to switch to freedom.Alireza really helped me during the process and he took his time and explained to me all the details.I am really grateful to him and everyone else in freedom.

Excellent service from salesman Manny! He was professional, respectful, and very well versed with the products. I had recently lost my phone and needed to replace my SIM and buy a new phone, he patiently explained me all date and phone plan options I had and also offered some friendly advice on how I can look for my phone. I haven't had such a humble yet efficient customer service experience before. I definitely recommend you to check them out for yourselves and ask for Manny to assist you!

I should have read the reviews before buying phone from this store. I bought a phone on Feb 23, 2023 evening and I chose to return it next day morning but when I visited store, they refused to take my phone back. I asked to see Manager but manager was not present, I went next day to see manager but he wasn't there then I went two days after as employee told me he is working on that day but I didn't see him. Does this location even have a manager since i never saw manager as I went three times during weekdays. Ridiculous location with no manager present, I would never buy anything from freedom

MY document name is PARAMJEET PARAMJEET . I visited this store 2 times and , i interacted with a employe whose name is manny. I asked him for a help with my network plan.His way of interaction with the customers is amazing. He talked politely with us and resolved our issue . I will recommend my friends also to go there and meet with if they wanna have freedom network. Customer service is great . We are fully satisfied with his service and way of explaining the things to customers.

I am extremely SATISFIED with my experience with mannee. I just recently arrived here in Toronto for my studies. Many things are still unfamiliar to me & mannee was very helpful with looking for the right simcard for me as well as giving tips about the whereabouts here. Such a nice, polite employee; willing to listen. We were there trying to fix the simcards for about 2 hours and he was very patient and considerate about everything. Would DEFINITELY recommend. Freedom should look into hiring more employees such as Mannee.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Freedom Mobile. The store employee, Manny, was completely incompetent and unable to answer any of my questions. He was also incredibly rude and had an awful attitude, which made it clear that he did not want to do his job or work with customers.It was clear from the start that Manny had no idea what customer service is, and his lack of knowledge and skills made it impossible for me to make an informed decision about purchasing a phone. His behavior was unacceptable and completely unprofessional, and it left me feeling frustrated and angry.As a result of my experience with Manny and Freedom Mobile, I have decided not to spend any money with this company. I refuse to support a business that employs people like Manny, who have no interest in providing quality customer service and helping customers make informed decisions.I strongly urge Freedom Mobile to reevaluate their hiring and training processes to ensure that their employees are equipped to handle customer inquiries and concerns with respect and professionalism. Until they take steps to improve their customer service, I will not be returning to their store or recommending their services to anyone.

I recently broke my phone and the Apple store told me I would have to buy a new phone. None of their plans seemed reasonable so I went down to the Freedom booth and Liam helped me out big time in finding a plan that suited me. Big ups to him
