Nous avons finalement reçu notre Van après plusieurs mois d'attente hors de notre contrôle! La Van est comme nous l'avions imaginé, des matériaux de qualité, léger et durable. Olivier, Max et leur gang sont super, ils ont réussi a bâtir ce qui pour nous était sur papier seulement. C'est notre 4e van (la 1ère avec Boreal) et notre prochaine sera encore avec Boreal. Good job Gang!

I must say, I've never had an experience quite like these amazing folks have served up.I purchased a Webasto gasoline heater just a couple of days ago. I emailed first to check stock, response came in minutes, so I placed my order.Within an hour, they've got me on the phone to ask some questions about my personal configuration and how I'll be setting it up. They offered to prewire the system (at no cost I might add, but I happily would have paid for this).What I received was about 10 steps above just a simple prewire. Max (the stellar dude I spoke to on the phone) took the time to label every single bag with what it does, and even a few tips and tricks for best results on the install. There was no obligation to do this, but they've made sure that this install will go off without a hitch.I am extremely excited to purchase from these folks again in the future.

Très bon service à la clientèle, une pièce à fait défaut sur une toilette acheté chez eux et Tammy aux services à la clientèle a fait les démarches rapidement auprès du fournisseur afin d'en avoir une autre. Toujours reçu un très bon service. Merci

Cool camper place

J'ai acheté ma van aménagée Boréal d'un particulier. Aujourd'hui, j'ai passé plusieurs heures chez Boréal pour avoir des explications complètes de mon système. Ils sont disponibles, accueillants et très aidants. Tous, autant qu'ils sont à l'atelier, sont vraiment gentils et professionnels. Merci pour cet excellent service!

Great products, service and support and very nice people to work with.

I wrote 3 emails to get some information via their webpage and never got a single response. Terrible customer service.***Update***Boreal finally answered me after I left them a bad review and asked me to remove it. I added a star because they finally gave me a response, but am disappointed that it took me leaving a bad comment to receive an answer. Unfortunately for Boreal, customer service is very important to me.

Sharp corners against skin, cheap materials, inside squeeks constantly while we drive. Pressed wood looks like IKEA. MAJOR BUYERS REMORSE.
