Bad communication. Reasonable work and price. Overall I did not have a good experience.Took leather boots to have a zipper replaced - this process took nearly 40 days and I had to constantly call and ask for updates. I was told my boots were ready for pickup over the phone at least twice, but when I showed up they were not ready. I had to verbalize my dissatisfaction the second time, and the next day the boots were ready. The workmanship was fine, but lacked attention to detail (bottom portion of zipper is loose, zipper pull not also replaced.)The price was fair, and the boots were cleaned up and lightly polished which was good.

Took two pairs of boots in almost a week ago saying I needed them done by Monday. I fly out for a speaking engagement Tuesday.i go to pick them up and they haven't even started the simple repairs. Now I have an hour to go buy boots before I fly out. Terrible customer service. Don't go here

Still not able to wear the shoes I got her to fix. the back was needed to be fixed and leather folded over the edge. What I got was fake leather sewed where it rubs on the back of the ankle. no care was put into it at all, she folded the fake leather over in front of me then brought it back sewed and not nicely either. AMATUER. if I had the machine to do it I would have and have done better work on my own clothes and given the machine on my own shoes. SHE DOES NOT CARE.

Paid $160 to have 2 of my husband's dress shoes resoled. Within weeks the new sole was ripped off one. They fixed it no charge. Next month it was off again and the other shoe's sole was coming off. He only wears the shoes once a week. Pretty disappointed with the shoe repair. I would have been better off to get some crazy glue and do the repair myself!

Brought boot in twice for repair. First repair was promised a certain date, it was not ready. Came again, it was not ready. They called me later to pick it up. Repair lasted only a month plus. Took it back for repair on a Tuesday and was promised Thursday. Came in on the Friday - boot was not repaired as cobbler was on holidays. Came back the following Friday and the boot was still not repaired. I took the boot back and will go elsewhere. Dont promise something will be done by a timeline and then not come through. It was there for 10 days. I was promised to have it done in 2.

My wife and I brought a number of items in for tailoring, including a few items we needed done in a few days for an event. The tailor got the items done on time and we are very happy with the quality of the work. We'll definitely use her again!

Dropped my boot off mid October to simply get a new zipper put in one boot. She said come pick up in a week. It's now been a month and they aren't done. I've been trying to call to get them finished as I need them for an event soon. It's hard to get through to anyone. They keep telling me to call back. At this point I just want my money back, and I'll go elsewhere. Don't waste your time here people!

She did the alterations for my wedding dress, she had them done right as scheduled. The work is perfect, impossible to notice that the dress was altered. Would a 100% recommend for dresses and clothing alterations!

Unfortunately, I found the work to be sloppy and I feel I overpaid for what I got. I believe in repairing old shoes, so I brought some shoes in to have new life breathed into them. There is glue all over the leather and usually other shoe repair places oil the leather while they're at it. My shoes look worse than when I brought them in :( waste of $100.
