The agents I get to speak to are very rude and constantly repeating themselves, even trought I gave them the anwser. I understand the payments need to be made but it doesn't give your agents the right to be disrespectful and rude. I'm just trying to make a payment and I don't need to be treated this way.

I had a great experience dealing with the staff at Canaccede and I know that’s not what you would typically expect from a debt buyer, but they have been great to work with. Their staff was supportive and understanding at a time when i was suffering a personal tragedy. Their understanding and patience was greatly appreciated.

One of the indicators of a great business is that they retain their people. Canaccede has below-average turnover as compared to their peers in the financial service sector. I think one of the main reasons is that they take the time to hire unique individuals who work well together.

Do not pay these collection guy nothing ... These clowns just buy the debt for penneis of the dollar after the debt has been written of by creditors... then send it to third party collections to come after you and scare you.... You paying the full ain't going to help your credit score, my best advice is to file a consumer proposal (like a debt settlement) they are likely to accept it because if you file bankruptcy they won't get nothing... (Try responding to your email Canaccede then i will detele this review :)
