Worst snow removal company ever it’s more like paying them not to show up , got stuck in my condo parking lot last week at 7:30 am because they decided not to come until the afternoon so me as well as everyone else who had to got to work in the morning got stuck and today they still have not shown up so I have to shovel my way into my spot and condo because the stairs weren’t done either. Biggest rip off ever!! Xtreme must stand xtrememly never shows up

For 3 years now my elderly parents have been using this (and I use the word loosely) service! Following the poor service last year I asked my father NOT to renew their contract for this year but he got sucked in again! In addition to getting the driveway cleared (often later in the day!) the contract states that their front steps are to be cleared as well which was rarely done last year and hasn’t been done at all this year. If there is a fire in their kitchen and they have to evacuate by the front, there is no way my elderly parents will be able to negotiate through the accumulated snow and ice on their front steps! This company, by their negligence are putting my parents lives in peril! If I could give them 0 stars that would be appropriate!Update: No response to text messages, no response to voice mails, terrible terrible service! I drove around looking at other driveways in the area and their removal jobs were half done and messy! Total non-professionals! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! BEWARE!

I did not hire Xtreme to clean my driveway this winter. My next door neighbour did. When the cleaner swoops in to clean the front of my neighbor's driveway, the rear side of his blower hits the snowbank in front of my home and pulls snow and ice off of the pile onto the front of my clean driveway. Not only do I have to go out and clean yhis area again, it is now nicely hard and compacted making my task extra difficult.UPDATE : ReplyEvidently you are not comprehending my review. It's Nov 12th 2019, 4:20 pm. First snowstorm of the year ended in the morning (more then 20 cm of snow). They still haven't showed up to clean my driveway, they don't respond to the emails and they don't even pick up the phone. Ok, i'll comunicate with you here then... Verry dissapointing service...

SCAM!!!!! DO NOT PAY FOR THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE LIARS, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE, I paid for snow removal service and they NEVER pass by. They passed by at our neighbours this morning and forget about us. I was told by the lady that he was coming back in a few mins and never came back. Only came back 5 hours later AND DIDNT EVEN REMOVE ALL THE SNOW. Biggest scam ever, do yourself a favour and find another company!

Today, after a polite email to send some one to my address to cleanup my driveway, the plow driver parked in the way of my boyfriend moving his car to yell at him. Then once my boyfriend walked away from him he left without doing the service. As you can imagine, it escalated from there with the managers and the same plow guy all showing up at my house to essentially not to resolve anything but to gang up on us, threaten us with physical violence and then shoved snow in front of my driveway.

They are very unresponsive and do not show up for snow removal at all. The one thing they have been prompt at was charging money.

I call the company in the morning from rur Gaston they didn't pay attention to my driveway 2 minutes after my call they send the snow removal thanks a lot ,best company

Terrible! Yesterday (Tuesday Feb.16/21) the operator cleared driveways for all Xtreme customers on rue Madel, GPK but somehow MISSED mine! Apparently the recycling bin might have slightly obscured their marker but still he should have at least come back today! You'd think that after a few runs, the operator would be familiar with the route.This morning @7:37 AM, I received their usual text broadcast that they'll be starting operations @8:00. I had already gotten up early and backed my car out @7:10 AM. After calling again @3:36 PM, a recording said their snow removing operations finished 11:00 AM! They don't responds to any modes of communication with at least an apology and a schedule!Update: This morning @8:49, I received text stating that someone will pass between 11:30 and 14:00h. At 12:30 PM, true to their word! Merci!
