Hi there. Called THC just after open. Matt arrived mid afternoon on a hot sweltering day. No attempt at upsell. Found the problem. Fixed in less than an hour. Because of this I will use them going forward. Also when it's time they'll get my businesss for a new unit. Will also refer to friends and family if they have issues. Thanks Total Home Comfort

Appointment was set up same day as inspection. Crew arrived on time and completed work without any delays or hassles. They were polite and mannerly and handled the replacement very professionally. I would heartily recommend them in the future. In fact I am moving my furnace maintenance work over to them. Thanks Bill, Ivan and crew for a job well done!

My furnace stopped working overnight. I called Total Home Comfort and they were at my door within 24 hours - I did not request an emergency service appointment otherwise they were going to come the same day. Turns out my furnace only needed a cleaning. Tyler was friendly, tidy, professional and patient with all of my questions. The price of the service was very reasonable. I will be using Total Home Comfort for all of my HVAC needs and definitely recommend them.

Ivan and his crew are simply the best. They are knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, accommodating and great communicators / problem solvers when it’s needed. We needed an entire new HVAC install and everything works wonderfully, was completed on time and in budget. I cannot recommend Total Home Comfort enough, you will not regret working with them!

Woke up on Sunday morning and had no heat. Called Total Home Comfort and left a message re needing a maintenance callback. They called within a few minutes and arrived within the hour. Furnace needed to be replaced and the work was done the NEXT day. These guys are amazing!!! We’ve used them in the past for installs and maintenance and have never been disappointed. Professional, hard working, pleasant and honest. Their response times are amazing. Extremely happy to have found this company.
