I had an online pick up order though SkipTheDishes. When they confirm It said my order will be ready by 4:44pm. When i got there the place was quiet not so busy. Still i had to wait 10 min to just ask if my order was ready or not. After that also my order was not ready they said it will take more 5-10 min. & finally my order was ready by 5:20pm. I made online pick up so I don't have to wait in store but I just this KFC location doesn't believe in that.

Place is great! Super friendly person @ the order speaker & the drive thru window. Such a nice surprise to see someone enjoying their job!! Food was decent. Mystery meat cut chicken now(killing the value). Chicken tenders are fantastic! Hours are good too!

This location never has fresh chicken/half of their menus items are out of stock . My last 3 visits it always seems like there is an issue with whoever is running the drive thru and they just don’t want my business . Going across the street to Mary browns from now on , where I don’t feel like my order is a burden .

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. I understand restaurants are having trouble retaining staff and the fact that only 2 people appeared to be working is probably a factor here but this was still ridiculous. I waited 25 minutes for a 10 piece bucket of chicken, somehow managed to still get my order before the family who had ordered before me, and then, when we sat down to eat later, discovered that we had only received 7 pieces of chicken! And the chicken was sub-standard... skin was torn, chicken pieces were not intact, all of the pieces were small. $30 ÷ 7 = way too much per piece of lousy chicken. If you feel a need to go to this location ( wouldn't recommend it) definitely go through the drive through. There was a steady stream of people who all got their food while those of us inside waited. Very disappointing.

Food is alright. Ordered online previous day, got there and it took way too long with multi-car line-up that was stuck for over 15 minutes. Went somewhere else, got a call 80 minutes later to pick-up. Missing sauce so they gave me another one, chicken was oily and standard. Nothing special, nothing great. But with a $5 off coupon with $5 total, I suppose it is what it is. Can't expect the best with that price and post-work hours prime time with understaffing. Food was hot at least though which was surprising.

It's a KFC, this location usually has fresh chicken but not always. I enjoy the chicken tenders with honey mustard dipping

Most of the time the order is missing something or they give you another thing. Last time I ordered mega fries but they put small fries. Several other times they missed items, like chicken popcorn or dips. When you take it home and see it missing, call the store and no one will pickup. The staff, however, are always very kinds and nice. Last time I ordered the chicked peices were very smaller than before. KFC needs to have better fries than this one, always tastes old.

KFC has changed the spices for their chicken, I have tried it several times thinking it would get better but nope not sure what has happened, Because not only has the taste changed but when you order a bucket it is no longer a Breast" or "Thigh" it is now chicken parts

The food was enjoyable. The atmosphere typically over lit. The dinning area was not getting cleaned as needed. Tables and chairs needed wiping. My thoughts here are. If the front of the house is a mess? What does the kitchen look like?I honestly thought hair nets and such were mandatory for food handlers. Take-out probably better idea. Maybe.
