Great service with prompt reply.I had some issues due to COVID 19 but, they helped me with all the processes that they could do such as changing flight ticket numerous times and getting a refund when it was almost impossible to do.

The service at MKMK travel was superb! We’ve used this company several times for our trips. They are always went above and beyond. Anytime we have a question, they immediately responds to us. They have patience and find us exactly what we are looking for. I look forward to working with MKMK travel for all our future trips. Thanks for taking good care of us.

We were unable to cancel our Asia trip because they said that they will charge us $150 each way per person to postpone, and we must provide a date. This is a multi city booking. We are a family of 4 traveling from Calgary to Singapore and Singapore back to Tokyo and then Okinawa then back to Calgary. Problem 1) unable to complete online check in without calling the travel MKMK. Problem 2) It's impossible to get a hold of them while you are overseas. We don't recommend booking with them if you are traveling to places that is in a different time zone. 3) if you are a travel agency, and you have our email contact, the most you can do is to notify us on cancelation. There are zero communication by them after the initial flight purchase. They don't send out any travel advisory. They just don't care. We originally booked our multiple countries trip with them because it was difficult to book Multi city flights. The email booking confirmation stating that MKMK has mentioned the insurance to us but we declined it. But in truth, we were not asked about it. It was not mentioned in our communication at all.We are in the last week of the trip. There are talks that the Canadian government is urging Canadian to fly back home ASAP. We tried to reach out to the flight company. They can't do anything for us. Ana has suspended many flights. Tried to reach out to MKMK, but haven't heard anything back. We are traveling with 2 little ones and it's getting more stressful everyday.We don't wish anyone to be feeling as helpless as we are now. We don't recommend this travel agency.

MKMK travel is awesome! For my honeymoon vacation, I wanted to travel Korea, Japan, Hongkong, and China; MKMK helped my to customize my trip with lowest cost I could find! The staff was very nice and helpful as I went back and forth several time to adjust the travel dates. I highly recommend them for everyone especially those ask for an multi-country adventures :)

I normally book my trips directly not via travel agency but was fortunate to book through MKMK travel prior to the pandemic situation. At the time of booking, they provided the best possible information available for my need and I was very happy. MKMK Travel customer support is easily reachable and provides continuous update so there was a ZERO hiccups/inconvenience I would normally experience from other 3rd party bookings. With unfortunate pandemic time, my trips were canceled but MKMK helped me to get the money back even without a refund service fee. I definitely recommend MKMK Travel to everyone and will continue to be a loyal customer!

We booked ticktets late last year and had to reschedule and then cancel them due to the pandemic. The agents were always kind and quick at responding to our questions/requests. With enough information we received, changing the dates, cancelling, and getting the refund were smooth and the communications were always pleasant during the process. I will definitely use MKMK again in the future.

I asked to refund for aircanada credit.Mkmk processed within a week and today I got refund. I was so satisfied their customer service.Thank you again

AVOID this place at all cost. Wanted to change the flight back home but took them 3 days to give me the answer. I was in a time crunch since my flight was in less than a week and had to book the PCR test & arrange with my work if I decide to change but had to keep asking them to look up because they were not responding. After 3 days , what they came back with wasn't even near the date I gave them to look up. Could not change the date at the end because there was nothing available other than 9 hour lay-over since the date was too close already. PLUS I called the Korean air to inquire about $150 charge they wanted me to pay if I were to change the date - No such charge exists other than the differential in fees (they charge $150+differential in fees).Always used and recommended this place to my friends and co-workers but will have to take that back. WORST.
