First of all I’ve found hair in my food multiple times before when getting food here maybe invest in some hairnets or be more cleanly, The onion rings and fries are always soggy and disgusting, the pop always tastes either flat or watered down, they don’t wear hairnets. And theres one worker in particular who is just outstandingly rude. Go to Tim Hortons across the street instead the workers there are CLEAN and actually make their food properly and they wear hairnets and are WAY nicer to their customers.

Honestly love A&W but the last time I ordered food they got the wraps wrong for my daughter and gave her spicy and the lettuce was slimy and brown. I will say on a positive note , that i called and they rectified the incorrect order.

We went there at 11:55pm on a Saturday and the 24 drive thru light was on, 3 cars in pk lot, 2 other cars in the drive thru and no one would come to the window or say anything through the speaker. We saw a young kid at the till as we drove away.

The people working here are rude m*rons.Saturday April 29 at 3:30 we went through the drive through. CLEARLY ordered a veggie burger meal with iced tea. A kid comes to the window who like looked to be 8 (is this even legal?) hands us our order. He forgets our drink and when we reminded him- we were given root beer and my meal came with out fries.We kindly go back in and asked for what we originally ordered. They full out argued, said we were wrong and did not order iced tea or fries and then wanted to charge us AGAIN for the “upgrade.”I get mistakes are made but to full out deny the mistake and refuse us our original order we already paid for?!Yeah- definitely won’t go here again. TONS of other options around anyways.

Haven't dined in, just drive-thru but if your a fan of those onion rings which I find the best location so far to get those. It's a must try!!

I know 4 am is late to order food but you do pride yourself on being open 24. I paid 27.10 for 2 burgers ice t and fries. I was given a bag off absolute garbage because thats where it immediately went after given ice cold fries and cold meat with wrong toppings. Do better or someone is going to get food poisoning.

The fork was dirty, literally had eggs on it still. They didn't give me the drink when I ordered a meal. Food was good but they need to work on their service and cleanness
