Copacetic installed a new desk and wall of shelves in my office for me at the beginning of May and I could not be happier. Redoing my office was something I had wanted to do for a long time, nothing to do with Covid. It was a hot mess of a bad paint colour choice and a mish-mash of Ikea furniture - so this was a huge transformation. I had some ideas for the space so Spencer did some drawings after coming to take measurements. Once all that was finalized, it was 6 weeks until the install. The builders/installers were amazing - precise, professional, experts in their craft. I'm very picky and detail oriented - and their work is literally perfect, I cannot find one fault! Now of course it was more expensive than buying pre-made furniture - but that just didn't work in my small space and so the investment was totally worth it to me.

Copacetic designed, constructed and installed a full wall of gorgeous floor to ceiling custom built-ins around our piano.The entire team was courteous, professional, responsive, knowledgeable and extremely meticulous - the way they were able to work with the uneveness of our walls, ceilings and floors was literally magic!We have already hired them to begin a second project - recommend 100%

Copacetic was excellent to work with. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was beyond compare. We had to change kitchen builders halfway through our reno and we were introduced to Copacetic - and boy was that the right decision. They walked us through every step, helped us re-design from top to bottom and helped us make decisions. They were always courteous, never in a rush and took the time to listen. And the custom craftsmanship is exemplary. The cost was incredibly reasonable and we constantly get comments on how beautiful the kitchen is. The dovetail corners and wood interiors are truly special. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent craftsmanship, a positive working experience all at a reasonable price.

Ian and the team at Copacetic are true craftspeople. They do beautiful work, and are easy to communicate with. We hired Ben for some on-site carpentry/millwork for a recent two-floor renovation. His care and attention to detail was amazing, and he was super respectful and easy to work with. We then hired Copacetic to create a custom window bench for our master suite. It looks amazing and works perfectly. Everything was done with the utmost care. I look forward to working with Copacetic on future projects.

It was a pleasure dealing with Copacetic from start to finish. Spencer helped us develop our initial ideas for a custom bar cabinet - he drew up a few options and helped us come up with a design that we really liked. This is the second time was have used Copacetic. They did custom kitchen cabinets in our old house, and our experience was so fantastic that when we moved to our condo we used them to design and install closet cabinetry in 3 rooms (we would have used them for the kitchen, but the condo construction company had their own kitchen company we had to use). The quality of the product is outstanding, Spencer and his cabinet makers/installers are a joy to work with. I would recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

We had Copacetic come back and make our built-in wardrobes and bathroom cabinets after the great work that they did with our kitchen a few years ago.Ian, Spencer and their team are fantastic to work with. They are always punctual and tidy. The finished cabinets are fantastic and we could not be happier with their work. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends and co-workers.

They made a custom under stair storage unit for us, and made an otherwise useless space into very customized storage - with both cupboards and pull out drawers. They were super easy to work with, and always delivered when they said they would. They installed everything and left our house cleaner than when they came. The finished project looks great, is high quality, and is super functional. We would definitely use them again for future projects. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
