I have never been to hot wheelz . before and went to them because of their Google review and it was the best experience that I have ever had at an auto mechanic shop. They were super friendly, honest, compassionate, and above all they were quick to resolve the issue in a matter of an hour, my day went from the worst day to the best day ever thank you to the wonderful team and now it is my number one preferred auto mechanic and will be going there permanently.

I had new rims to install on my Camaro with existing tires, as well as new brake pads. Excellent service and attention to detail. I didn't ask, but they took the initiative to use black colour wheel weights for my satin black wheels. I also asked them to pack up my original rims in the existing cartons the new ones came in, including the plastic bags and cardboard frame enforcements. Not too many shops, including tire specific, would do that. I'm very impressed with the service.

I trust Dino, Keith and their mechanical team with maintaining my cars for everything! They are consistently honest and their prices are fair. They always do an exceptional job. I feel safe on the road knowing they take the time and care to explain what needs to be done and they always impress me with their craftsmanship.

Wow, what a find! Hot Wheelz is a great place to have your vehicle repaired. Dino & Keith are friendly, but the most impressive part is how honest they are. All you have to do is see their waiting room full of people and you'll know there's a reason for it. A lot of ladies go there, which speaks volumes as to how trustworthy Hot Wheelz is. I have a good understanding of vehicle mechanics, I used to race cars in my youth, and know that not all Auto repair shops are honest. I am cautious of trying out new ones.I recently moved to Newmarket and it was as a result of a recommendation from a co-worker, I took my car there.They had done some repairs to my car a few months ago, and I was very impressed with their honesty and prices. Recently, I took it back for another repair and to my astonishment, they told me one of the parts they had previously installed was defective and they were going to replace it under warranty! I've been driving for almost 50 years and have never had a part replaced under warranty...did I mention honesty?If you're looking for a friendly HONEST mechanic, I would highly recommend Hot Wheelz!

Amazing service, lovely staff and very organized. Pricing is very reasonable. I’ve had work on two different cars there and they were thorough and treated me very well. Dino took his time to explain a system issue causing my check engine light and gave me great advice to solve it. I’m sending all my friends here.

Excellent experience. First time visiting and we will be back. Keith and Dino were so friendly and personable. Made me feel like a regular even thought it was my first time in their shop. Once they ascertained the issue with the car, they called me to explain what needed to be done and provided a cost estimate. Once I gave the go ahead they quickly serviced the car with new front brakes. All work was done in a very timely fashion and the price was very competitive. I’m very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them!!

Full disclosure... I took the StreetView photos... after Dino, the owner aligned my ‘71 Vette. Perfect job. There is a positive buzz here. Everyone smiles as they pay their bill and drive off!! That says it all! Happy customers. You will not be disappointed.

Booked at 9am for alignment of my brand new car and I got my car back at 11:10am. That was the longest alignment job ever in my life.... I had my 89 bmw 7er in for alignment at another location very close to this shop and received my car back quickly after. Also, anywhere you go for alignment, they provide you with the report card. But at Hot Wheelz that option is not available. They called the mechanic in to ask for the report card and he said I don't know
