When assessing my car for trade-in, they did something to the engine that made all the warning lights come on my dash and then accused me of needing major repairs. This allowed them to justify a seriously low-ball offer on my trade-in. If you're looking for an ethical dealer, look elsewhere.

This is the best 4S shop I've ever encountered，The best service from a very beautiful young lady Kim，Sales manager Daniel also gave me a small gift. Because I have an L driver's license, they also arranged someone to drive me home.However there was a slight interlude before, almost missing out on this perfect transaction. But in the end, I decided to come back and buy my dream car here. A Perfect Sales Experience，Mr.David from the insurance department is also very patient in explaining very detailed insurance terms to me.Thanks Lexus.

We are out towner. Kim Nguyen is our sales representative and she is very professional in handling our request and test drive. We are interested in one of their listing and she replied my text at 10.30 pm and with appointment made on next morning. She is very knowledgeable and hard working nice lady. Do the test drive, answer all our questions. When we decide to buy, we need to pick up the car on the same day. Sales and service team (include sales manager and business manager) is very friendly and efficient. Do their best to fulfill all my requested service and fixed minor problems with the same day vehicle delivery. Make things happened. Appreciated their help and highly recommend this team!

I purchase my Lexus in this shop.The sales manager Frank is very good, explain all the details for me and find the best lexus fit my needs. His after sales service is also excellent. One of the tyre run flat due to nailed few days ago, I called the road side pick up to send my car to the dealer. I called Frank for an urgent service arrangement for my tyre replacement, he successfully arranged it and I picked up my car on the next day morning. He is so kind and considerate!
