HastyCart Grocery Delivery

My first experience required a refund since the product ordered was not delivered but requesting a refund prompted a quick response and a personal call. While I did not get what was ordered, Hastycart tried to source the product but unfortunately it was not available. The incorrect product was collected and I am now waiting on the refund to be processed. Thank you Hastycart!

I've updated my review to three stars from one star. Their inattention to implementation detail had left a large swath of postal codes in the delivery area with no ability to check out (no shipping method). They have now fixed this, though in spite of my having emailed their support regarding this listing the broken postal codes they did not take the time to respond at all to my support email. I had to simply keep trying every couple days to see if they happened to fix the issue, which they eventually did.I have now tried it and the delivery service itself was fine. The order was delivered on time. There was an automated email confirming delivery - note this was the only notice as the delivery person did not ring or knock. Delivery is quite expensive if you leave a tip as you are prompted to do on checkout, and tips by their nature being a percentage of the order means that for larger orders it would become quite a lot of money - the cost of the service as a proportion of the order remains more or less constant if you tip so there is no point at which it becomes more economical.Probably the biggest shortcoming right now with the service is that only a very small proportion of the goods offered at Costco are made available through Hastycart, at least in my area. If a broader selection of products was available, it would make the service more useful.

Straightforward to order, shopper consulted me when item was not available, prompt refund for items that were out of stock. Definitely will use again.

I would rate a 0 if I could! Didn't get half my order, they bought expired meat from July 16(it is now the 25). I paid more $ for items. I didn't receive any text from shopper that they don't have item, & they just substituted with whatever they thought, no message received from shopper.(As stated on their website). The worst part is I have been trying to get a hold of someone at customer service & no response (as said on site 24/7). A lot of false advertising!

I often do my shopping online, but it's been tough finding a reliable grocery delivery service. I've tried lots of the major providers, but always had some kind of issue with delivery. I was pleasantly surprised by HastyCart. Great experience from start to finish. Ordering online was easy and delivery options were convenient. The delivery was right on time. I also love that a part of my order goes to helping families in need through their grocery donation program. Will definitely be using HastyCart again.

I placed an order that was supposed to be delievered yesterday. I have not gotten it yet nor heard from them. I have called and emailed repeatedly, but no one is answering. I would give zero stars if possible as they did not provide the service I have already paid for (they charged my credit card) and I cannot get hold of anyone.

Hastycart.ca charges HST on ALL items including grocery items that are exempt from HST. Although they state they do not charge any fees except delivery, this is how they get you. Would not recommend them if they have such dubious ethics. Watch your final cart totals.

Everything was delivered on time. No issues at all. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
