Ordered from this place because we get raves about it. Spent atleast 22$ for three items and this is how it’s packaged not one but TWO items I ordered squished into ONE container.Update:We went back and my husband requested the items redone in separate containers. We got a different pie because they were out of the Strawberry/rhubarb. Got home and realized they gave us the same original messy cake and pie mixed container that we brought back in for them to fix. It had the same pie ONTOP of the cake and the spoon markings we made from the picture. Super disappointed and unsatisfied with their customer service and “quality” of food they have.

Cakes were really good. I waited for about 25 minutes to get a slice of cake and a milkshake. Service was kind and polite. Prices are worth the size of the slice. The vanilla milkshake was INCREDIBLE, definitely worth trying. The atmosphere here is kind of cozy and it wasn’t crowded. They have a vast variety of cakes.

I got a hot chocolate and a strawberry shortcake and it was delicious the hot chocolate was creamy and not too hot and the strawberry shortcake was…..Wow! It was moist flavourful and the jam was superb and to top it all of the waitresses were nice and friendly and talkative 5 out of 5 overall. Review my my 14 years old grandson .

Fairly large selection of cakes to choose from. Service was friendly. The strawberry shortcake was good, the birthday cake was okay. Either of them didn't give me the 'omg' moment when you taste a really delicious dessert. We also had English breakfast tea which had great flavour. Even with the staff being few yet crowded, it still has quite a hospitable place. Staff are quite nice and quirky as they are great as a team. 9/10 would reccomend for the diner aesthetic

Cakes are nice, moist and delicious! Will consider to have other options next time

Loved the birthday cake with fudge icing and london fog. Went late at night. It was quiet, not too busy, had lots of selection for cakes and cute photos of custom cakes on the wall. Staff was kind. If you want a cute casual date definitely pop in here!
