Best pharmacy ever!I have been with One Medical for over 4 years. They have saved me so much money and time!I have used other big name pharmacies previously, none of them could provide such a wonderful service as One Medical's. One Medical's pricing is very competitive and service is top notch. Ed, the pharmacist is always very kind and helpful! Free delivery is offered and even the delivery driver is the best I've met. (Sometime you encounter grumpy" courier as they didn't like to deliver to the condo building but One medical's delivery driver always has this smile on his face and say "hi" to you!)I would never switch to another pharmacy. Highly recommended!"

Edwin is the BEST! He goes beyond his duties and responsibilities to provide care for his clients. No matter what it is, how inconvenient it might be for Edwin - he will do his best to make it happen for a patient. He is polite, caring and friendly. And he knows his job!

Edwin is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable pharmacists that you can find. All the staff are so friendly and really go out of their way for you. They also deliver all the way to Thornhill for free which makes it even better.

I was helped by a young (good looking ;) man that obviously loves his job and helping people. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and was so compassionate. I love to see people like that. It was my first time there but would consider making it my pharmacy.

This pharmacy is amazing. All the staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly. One medical pharmacy is super accessible and always answering their phones swiftly. They run a very efficient business. I’m very thankful for the exceptional customer service they provide!!

Been going here for years and I can't count the number of times they've gone above and beyond to help me and my wife. It's easy to think of a pharmacy as an interchangeable service but really this one is a cut above.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They're also very attentive when patients have questions or concerns. I would like to also mention a pharmacists who helped me tremendously. His name is Ash, he gave me my second Pfizer vaccine and answered all my questions and also gave me a lot of useful information.He was a very warm welcoming pharmacist with a level of professionalism and empathy that were exemplary. I had an appointment for a shot today and I was on time. I was told I had to wait 5-10 minutes although no one else was waiting. Sure, I can wait.After waiting 25 minutes after my scheduled time and watching 4 or 5 staff continue various tasks including looking up different things on the internet, I advised that I could wait no longer and decided to leave.It’s expected to wait perhaps an extended time for a shot if one walks in off the street, especially if many are present for the same reason or other important medical reasons. I was the only person there!It is quite disrespectful to make people wait 25 minutes after a scheduled appointment for tasks that could easily have been addressed after the 2-3 minutes it takes to administer a shot.Many people have important things to do and time is limited which is the reason people make appointments! Don’t offer appointments if you cannot make them especially when your store is empty.
