Great menu full of choices for everyone. A little busy, expect line ups evenings and weekends but their 'scoopers' (servers) make sure your order is mixed to perfection.

The girl that served me and my boyfriend , was extremely rude I use to take my kids here all the time but needles to say e won’t be coming to this location , they close at 10 we went in half an hour before close , I ordered first and when he went to tell her his order she said I deal with you later and ignored him , if I could give no stars I would.

Shop was dirty and not well maintained at all. Their selection of ice cream flavors was not as diverse as I remember it being. The toppings did not look fresh at all either. The ice cream melted really fast and was basically soup. Although there was a line to get in (which I would not wait again), they helped us as fast as they could.

When this store first opened up, we went there in the summer and truly enjoyed the ice cream. My husband and I would take the grandkids, nieces, and nephews or just us for a treat. We could order a cone with a couple or more flavors to try several. I ordered several cakes. All were very well done. I hadn't been there for a while. Kids grow up. My granddaughter wanted an ice cream cake for her birthday. A slab. Simple. Just plain vanilla ice cream. Chocolate on the sides. A simple greeting. $75. When I went to get the cake, I told the girl immediately that it looked pathetic and was extremely disappointed in the cake. There was nothing on the top of the cake but the greeting. No edging or decoration of any kind. A plain white slab if cake. The chocolate on the sides was paper thin and melting off the cake. A small child could have done as well. I asked for, at the very least, to put a border. She had to make a phone call. Then, she put a few dollops of whipped cream around the top. Not real whipped cream either. I don't think they have any in the store. This did nothing to improve the cake. Fortunately, I had picked the cake up early. I was able to take the cake home, scrape the mess off the top and decorate it properly, and I used real whipped cream. I am not sure what they are making the ice cream with these days, but I recall that the ice cream cakes were hard after freezing. This cake was so soft after several hours in the freezer that we had no problem inserting the super fine candles. I am not sure what they are selling. I will not buy anything there ever again. I noticed while I was waiting that when you order more than one type of ice cream , they are now mashed together into one huge ball. Thankfully, there are other ice cream vendors.

Highly priced items should be high quality items and they should be sold with a little more respect.Ps even baskin robins has branded spoons and employees who know basic manners.

My family and I went to different locations for marbles slab because of the quality that they gave. But this location I can say worst. Even I will not give one star to this location. We ordered a large cup of ice cream with a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. The lady who took and prepared our order she was not paying attention while preparing the order. The chocolate dipped waffle bowl has fungus and tastes very bad. When we told them, they found out all chocolate dipped waffle bowl had fungus. Please check your ice cream before eating if you go to this location.

I found it to be a bit pricey, but most ice cream places tend to be. However the actual ice cream tasted great, the employees were nice, and there were a ton of different flavors and variations of ice cream and waffle cones/bowls. We enjoyed what we got, and there's a ton of stuff that we didn't try that it would be worth it to come back for.

Ice cream is melty almost like eating a milkshake with a spoon. Personally not the texture I'm looking for in ice cream. It's the second time the ice cream has been that texture.Also they have coupons that clearly say $5.00 off or a free regular cone. I tried using the $5.00 off on a regular-priced product, a half liter of ice cream and I was then told that the $5 off only applies to $5 off on a large cone."

Just left the Marble Slab on Fischer Hallman in Kitchener. The two women working there were extraordinarily RUDE. My daughter and I quite often frequent this Marble Slab location and never had a problem before. Can easily say we will NEVER go to this location again. Very disappointed.
