I am so impressed with Rock’s!! They had my tree down, stump grinded and cleaned up in less than an hour. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Communication was great via email and the price was extremely fair. I think even my neighbour is wanting to cut her tree down now after seeing how great they are! Thanks again to the entire team :)

We had gone with Rock's through a referral from a friend and we're very glad we did!They were extremely professional. They ensured a quick removal of our front tree, which was quite large. They let us know when the work was going to start and when it was done and ensured I was happy with the work before they left.Where I was impressed was how they ensured everything was cleaned up perfectly before leaving. Instead of blowing some small branches and leaves onto the lawn to get it off the street, they had a few guys sweeping and blowing the debris that fell to ensure a clean street and yard.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great value and extremely professional tree service. We will be using them again for any future tree needs.

The team did an excellent job of removing an unsafe tree from my backyard in the city. They remained in contact regarding scheduling, arrived early, and hauled the branches away for me. When I arrived home, everything was done. Their pricing was also very competitive. I would highly recommend them.

I wanted to remove three large trees and trim two others in my backyard this summer and contacted a few companies. Rock's Tree Service was prompt in replying to me and was actually the only company that followed up with me a few days later. When we gave them the go ahead, they sent an arborist to complete a report for our biggest tree at no extra cost. With that, I went to the city with the tree permit application. When the permit was granted, Rock's put me in their calendar and gave me a rough date two weeks out. Day of, they did an amazing job. Team of 4, on site for 5 1/2 hours. Last May, we were victims of the huge wind storm that hit our area. One of our huge trees was de rooted and caused some severe damage to our house. Before moving forward with the construction, the stump needed to be removed. Concerned that it would require an excavator not to mention the hole it would leave, I reached out to Rock Tree Services who I have utilized many times in the past and sought out their expertise. There were many of them and they all knew their responsabilities. The tree was down in less than 30 minutes and my neighbours and I were impressed how quick it was done. Highly recommend. They were quick and efficient and came quickly after the storm. Out of three quotes they were the most affordable by quite a bit!

Warning!! If your time is precious, don't bother calling this company. They came for an assessment and advised that they would send the estimate the next day... well, it's been weeks and crickets. Judging by other reviews, they clearly seem to cater to their big or faithful clients, and don't care much about new customers.

Rock and his team were responsive, friendly and professional. I had a massive tree that had been cabled together years ago. Because of the cables it was more complicated than originally expected, but the team got it done on budget, all the while being extremely communicative and great to deal with. Rock, himself , made a point to reach out to me to update me as things developed. I highly recommend Rock and his team.
