Joshua DaSilva was an exceptional help for our needs throughout covid 19. This service manager has many years of shop and field tech experience and related that while assisting me diagnose an older Case cx225sf.With all the added pressures piled on top of him with this new covid 19 era, he really is a great tech to talk to, even when he is obviously dealing with multiple challenges he must face everyday.Thanks Josh.

Only 1 person working parts counter, making people wait outside in the cold because only 1 person allowed in at a time. They never answer the phone and don't return call when leaving a message! Horrible service!

I got my difficult to find Case Skid steer parts here. I learned that Strongco sells Case Skid Steers and they have saved me a couple times. This is soit go to place if you need ANYTHING for your CASE SKID STEER.

very bad experience we bought two New machines case bobcats from strongo Brampton whenever we requested the service was a disaster in the top of the season they asked that one of the machines needs to be taken to strongo brampton they had it for 5 months they did not fix it properly we had to rescue it from there they said the damage it was made from the manufacture CASE, the manufacturer would assume the cost of the damaged part but after a couple months they sent a bill for $ 15,000finally we ended up paying $ 5,500 to strongo and losing much more because our business could not work in the season without the machine

How do you deal with a company that doesn't answer the phone? The answer is don't buy the product. It blows my mind how they are able to stay in business. I really wish someone competent would buy this company.

This company needs to stop being cheap and hire some more people...parts is a joke! Impossible to get through...people need these parts asap for there livelihood. So annoying!
