Understaffed and didn’t honour appointment time. I booked an appointment for 1.45 pm, came in early and still had to wait until 2.25 pm

The front desk person was incredibly rude to every patient coming in. She had no bedside manners very rude to the elderly especially. The sample collector thank the lord was absolutely sweet and charming Sakhi. However the lady up front made my experience awful no patience very rude and demanding. A person like that should not be working in a medical field. Thank you to the sample collector for treating me like a human being.

It’s appointment only, but super easy to book on their website. I was helped right away, and barely waited 5 mins. If you do as instructed (book an appointment, arrive on time, bring your health care ID and req)… there really shouldn’t be any problem. It was a super smooth process!

I have been getting all my blood services done at life labs for years now and always , always feel safe and comfortable with the staff and nurses at so far any location I have been too, until otherwise I feel they are the leaders in this health sector...

When I looked up walk-in labs near me on Google I got the address for this laboratory. This place is appointment only. The woman at the window would not accept that I was directed there and closed the otherwise open glass before I could explain. Very rude.

Today I went for my Blood test after a good few years. I've heard about LONG waits (mom) but then they changed to Appoint. Made my appoint a 2 weeks ago. Arrived 10 mins early as requested.2 mins later called up to hand my form. Approx 10 mins later I was called one last time to verify my credentials and then instructed to sit in a assigns numbered seat for the blood draw.A lady came around to take my blood. Very Nice, Very courteous. Made it all literally pain free! Last time I nearly fainted because they couldn't find the vein and it HURT! They poked me like 3 or 4 times.. I couldn't take it.. But THIS TIME, I was VERY HAPPY AND TRUTHFULLY FELT LIKE A BABY AFTER DREADING THIS WHOLE ORDEAL. What an easy experience.Asked for her name and when she said SONIA I KNEW because I've read multiple POSITIVE remarks on her and I told her I would leave her a positive review because she surely deserves it!!!! THANK YOU SONIA!!!!

(APPOINTMENT ONLY.) PROS: - Nearly all of the technologists & staff are wonderful. They are friendly, professional, helpful and very patient. Some are more experienced in taking blood than others. - Pretty convenient location and clean facility. CONS: - Waiting time for your appointment ranges from 6 minutes to 70 minutes - Very often a blatant lack of airborne infection control/reduction due to so many clients not wearing a mask at all and the waiting area being compact. Some people are coughing without a clean mask. - There needs to be better communication from LifeLabs that this isn't a Walk-in lab. So many come in without an appointment expecting to get in in under 20 minutes. This causes a lot of extra crowding and so much extra time from the staff. - I don't understand why, but there seem to be a lot more clients than I would have expected coming in who will not grasp the concept of a line and waiting for your turn. Do not be surprised if someone relentlessly tries to jump ahead of everyone else. When your name is called, someone might still physically cut across and extend your waiting time. - There isn't a drop-off slot for your samples. Dropping off" still requires some of a registration process. - In general

APPOINTMENT ONLY CLINIC.Went to this location due to its location, early opening and eaze of Parking. I and another gentleman arrived 15 minutes early surprised to be the first in line. The door opened promptly at 7:30. It was then that we were informed that this is an Appointment ONLY clinic. The web page does not clearly state that this is an appropriate only clinic. Nor do they allow you to book an appointment on site.
