Windshield Surgeons Auto Glass

Had to replace the windshield on my car in December 2017 and was very surprised by the price and service. My appointment was on time and they went above and beyond what I was anticipating. The floor mats were washed, the front carpet was vacuumed and the interior glass was cleaned. Because the price was so good, I decided on the nano coating (I highly recommend this) and the valued customer offer that gives you 2 chip fixes and a new windshield for a highly discounted price if you need it within a year. My expectations were greatly exceeded and I will only be replacing future windshields here. Thanks very much, 5 stars well deserved

I got quotes from many places and they gave me the best price by far and the quality was amazing. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were upfront about potential costs and weren't aggressive with their upselling. The total process from check-in to payment was just over an hour and they even cleaned my floor mats and wiped my dash. I will 100% recommend them to anyone who needs glass work done in the future.

Great business model. I did my research online on the glass quality, the polyurethane that is used to bond the glass, and pricing vs other companies. This company was the best value. Then when I actually went in to get the work done there were so many things that happened that made me feel I had made a great choice. Jim is very customer service minded. I can tell they value my business. You can see all the work that is being done on your vehicle. A lady that was before me her vehicle was taking longer because they found rust. They cleaned it up because they wanted a good bond between the glass. They told her it was taking a little longer and why. They didn't charge any extra even though there was extra work. They could have easily just put the windshield on and said nothing. They did a walk-through with me to go over the work they did. It looked great. They explained what to do if there was a chip and how to prolong the life on my window. Great experience from start to finish.

Just had my windshield replaced here, the service was excellent and quick and you can't beat their prices. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone in need of windshield replacement or repair.They also offer a great 1 year warranty which will cover two rock chip repairs and a new windshield for only $99. It's an awesome deal if you want peace of mind - especially since rock chips are almost guaranteed during the winter in Alberta!Thanks for a quick and hassle-free experience :)

Justin did a great job...they vacuumed out my car and wiped down the dash and windows. I paid about $100 more then the initial quote but felt comfortable in purchasing a replacement/stone chip warranty and was due new wiper blades.The experience was better then expected. I would recommend this establishment

After seeing the Windshield Surgeons advertisement on Facebook I was still a little hesitant to try them out. However, reading a few more reviews and taking a chance I decided to get a quote and ultimately get my windshield replaced.The folks here made sure to go outside, do a quick inspection of my car and look at the condition of my windshield. They took in any information that might be an irregularity like my parking transponder and remote starter antenna.They worked super fast as I was in and out of the shop within an hour. To my surprise they even did a quick mini-detail of the interior which was a pleasant surprise.Price was perfect. Customer service was superior. I would highly recommend Windshield Surgeons to anyone looking to have their windshields replaced.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. Competitively priced and I really appreciated their cleaning all my other windows and vacuuming the car's inside. The $40ish protection plan (2 free stone chip replacements and 1 $99 replacement windshield if needed in the next year - this is Alberta, it will be) a bargain I happily went for. Highly recommended.

We were kindly greeted by one of their reps. They asked if we had ever been there before. We said no, he reached out and shook our hands and welcomed us to Windshield Surgeons; my jaw nearly hit the floor. Very nice people! Great price! Second time having a full windshield done from them. Price was more than competitive and their service was top notch (one time at a location and one time at home). The two techs that came today were professional and customer service speaking were trained very well.I have bought the windshield warranty before and used it twice for chips with no issues.

Fast and friendly service that far exceeded my expectations - all at a great price! I had originally gone in for a simple chip repair (which included a bonus mini detailing!) , but I'm very grateful that the sales & service manager (Justin) mentioned the nano coating option. It was very reasonably priced and far more effective than I could have imagined. I have noticed a significant difference since the application a couple of weeks ago. I have already recommended to friends, family, and coworkers.
