Awesome pizza! Best gluten-free crust in town. My boyfriend gets the regular crust and says it’s the best he has had in Ottawa. Fast delivery and they always have a great special which makes ordering pizza more affordable. I recommend this place to all of my friends!!

Great pizza, but I don't recommend trying to eat two slices in one sitting. I was starving and two slices of meat lovers has me STUFFED.The garlic sauce that came with my pizza gave me flashbacks to the garlic dip my mom used to make when I was a kid. Honestly some of the best garlic sauce I've had and they gave me a TON of it. There was so much that i could easily spread it on every inch of both slices.Service was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely be eating here again.FUTURE EDIT:The food quality and service are excellent. However they charge 2.99 for delivery, plus 1.25 to use debit(plus tip). They do not provide utensils/napkins which is strange given the exorbitant costs associated with delivery. Stars reduced from 5 to 3.

Pizza was fantastic! I got the shawarma pizza and it was fantastic! I would recommend it to anyone in the Ottawa area to give it a try. Will be going again.

Ordered takeout tonight and the pizza was amazing. Much better than any of the local" big name franchises. The homemade garlic dipping sauce is an absolute MUST!! Best of all

Delicious! We had vegan poutine and a vegan pizza. Both were outstanding. Better than any vegan pizza we've had in the U.S. It was our first poutine and they didn't let us down. The service was good as well, very friendly.

I had made a mistake in my order, which with dietary restriction would have not allowed us to eat the pizza. I called them and even though they had already started they made a new pizza for us and corrected our mistake. Appreciate companies that look after customers.

Save your money and keep your peace of mind: order somewhere else. Used to be great! Now, not so much. Small portions improperly packaged. Cross flavoured food. And don't bother with delivery. It's like they've got a deal to make sure your unsecured cardboard box and other food containers are left in a wet spot. Negative stars are still unavailable unfortunately.

I ordered online at 5 PM and while their system showed the delivery time is 5:50 pm, I called them and asked to deliver it at 6:15 PM. It was my daughter's BD party and timing was important. Their driver didn't show up on time and when I called to follow up they were not even honest about their delay. I called 2 times and each time they said just wait 7 minutes, that was not true! They finally showed up too late when the kids were ready to leave!They can not accommodate the orders they receive, so they are not reliable.

The fat kid at the counter was pretty dirty looking and not friendly. But more importantly why is my steak sub cold and barely warm? It certainly did not see the inside of an oven. Waited 20 minutes.. Can't wait to taste my microwaved soggy sub. I picked up my sub It Wasn't even busy. Very disappointing jojos. Used to be great. Now it's clear you just don't care. Gross food and poor service. Sorry I left a tip. Won't be back.

Pic added.**Today I received a notification via Facebook Messenger from Fatina, a co-owner if Jo-Jo’s, apologizing for the experience and offering to make it right. She had asked me to give her a call and 25mins after that I had in my hands, a freshly made Canadian with extra cheese!!I was not expecting this level of customer service at all. Very impressed with Fatina for making the effort to reach out to me and resolve the issue.This is an excellent example of how to turn a negative into a positive experience. I certainly could have called SkipTheDishes the first time around but it’s always an “I say, they say” with Skip and I don’t get the issue fully resolved to my satisfaction so I didn’t bother. Won’t be using Skip much more in the future. I’m very happy to say that Jo-Jo’s is not like “all the others”. Note: feel free to give the restaurant a call directly to rectify an order even if you’d used Skip or UberEats.Finally, the pizza I did get today most definitely had extra cheese and was quite delicious! Check out the pic. I had ordered the Canadian with extra cheese ($3.75) but after looking through gallery here I could tell they hadn’t actually added it. They may not charge a delivery fee over $20 but then they make up the loss in other ways. That’s too bad while I did like their pizza, I don’t like thieves.
