Great selection of materials to choose from and at very reasonable prices. There are lots of sales and additional discounts on discontinue products.

So many selections and staff are very helpful. I like going to this place so much that I did get the membership. So worth it!Edit: Went there for the black friday event and Swanee was very helpful and friendly. She seemed to be enjoying her time there. Meanwhile, the front cashier was not too friendly and brushed my friend off when she asked a question.

This is how my fabric was cut today. Absolutely horrible. Also, when I asked the cashier about pricing, her response was, “I only work the cash.” Had I not mentioned that I’m a member, I would not have gotten the discount. Go to other locations.

Had a great experience at this fabric land because of the help of a sales associate named Summer. She was incredible friendly and helpful in selecting materials and items for my first time sewing project after acquiring a sewing machine.

I love entering the stores..So much ambition to nuy pattern and wide variety of material and accessories to custom make whatever you want which is your idea. Everyone is helpful in store.

Oodles of everything you ever wanted for all your craft needs and then more. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and always eager to hear about whatever project you have going on. I make a point to stop at this location of Fabricland over others because of the experience.

Great most of the time selection but employs rude and very unhelpful staff.When I got my fabrics cut, I asked the woman cutting them for help to ensure I picked the right stabilizer. I had my pattern with me and showed her what I needed and asked her to help me find what I needed because the area was disorganized and I had already tried looking. The sales associate then walked me to the section that I was already looking in and tried to drop me off and told me to read the packages stabilizers which I was already looking in, and told to to read the packaging to find what I need.I had to firmly demand that she help me, and reluctantly, she did. After she found what I was looking for she again told me to try reading next time.Even if you go here with an exact list of what you need to find be prepared to not be helped in a professional way.Management should really emphasise to their sales associates that customer service is priority in an retail or service setting.Honestly, this experience has made me never want to go back to this Fabric Land ever again.

Great selection of fabrics and goods but the cashier was not warm nor friendly.

Very bad experience today in this store.3 unhappy woman. Especially Indian one. No idea what you are asking for, no professonalism.To determine how many minutes I have left before closing the store. She showed the 3 fingers what according to her was a sign that I have 3 minutes until the store closed. Very primitive person.I feel very bad after this visit. I will go shopping somewhere else. She's a racist.

Spent nearly 2 hrs here today looking for 6 different pieces of material to replace my old bean bag cover - I found 5. Selection was good and all month of Dec is huge sales 40-70% off for members. I personally found the staff to be very friendly and had no trouble getting help (and I'm not an easy customer) so I've got to give this location two thumbs up.
