It’s hard to put into words how much I appreciate Steph. I have had the fortune of being guided under Steph’s programs for a number of years, both in small group training and one on one sessions. Combined, I would attribute everything I know about weightlifting, proper form and nutrition to Steph. She not only helped me feel confident in the gym, but in myself. Through Steph’s guidance I grew to love my gym sessions and actually notice a significant decrease in my energy/ mood when I DON'T exercise (who woulda thought!?) I am a performer who travels frequently for work, meaning my equipment/ schedule is always changing. Regardless of the distance Steph has consistently created programs for me to not only excel in my career but also offer support and guidance from miles away. If you are interested in bettering your nutrition and physical well being, I can’t think of anyone more qualified for the job! I’m not quite sure where I would be without Steph and I really hope I never find out.

I am so grateful for Stephanie. I have been training with Stephanie for several years, but started with her as a personal trainer since September. She is amazing!!!! My body has truly changed since working with her and that is hard to do at my age, lol. I love how she listens to my concerns and helps me through them. I love our weekly chats. I have gained so much knowledge from her. She has opened up my life of eating!! I have been a dieter on and off for years, with Stephanie’s help we have come up with a good way of eating where I don’t have to be so restricted and not gain weight!! I would recommend Stephanie 100%!!!!! My body thanks her!!

I have been training with Steph for two years now and best decision I made! Before Covid I had been at another local gym for about two years and took a break as I was dealing with a nagging back injury, feeling burnt out and not seeing the progress I wanted. Upon starting my training with Steph we spent a lot of time working on my form for the bigger lifts, and core stabilizing exercises. I also attended for physio at her suggestion and had the back issue diagnosed so we knew how to work with it. In no time the back pain was gone, learning proper technique was a major factor in removing the pain.Her programming helped me increase the weight on the bar a lot for all my big lifts, where I had previously stalled out and thought I had just reached my max.Like everyone else I have some health issues and life’s regular stressors and Steph has always been supportive and finding ways to work with me to reach my goals and has been very accommodating with my busy schedule.
