Used these folks for the last two years, all good till management change recently, booked a cut and color, day before they called and cancelled just before xmas, never gave me any rebooking options, impossible to get in any other hair salon this close to the holidays, FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

Showed up at 5:58 pm to purchase some hair product. Sign says open until 6pm. Was denied the ability to make the purchase so I went down the street to their competition and purchased the product there.
