Wow what a bad experience. Big talk but as soon as you buy the car . You are a nobody. I have a check engine light 2 days after my purchase obviously they cleared before.Peace of advice bring the car to your own mechanic and don’t believe anything they say about the car condition

Wow I have read most of the comments given and I believe that most of them are sour grapes or buyers remorse.This is why. I called asked about a car was told the car was available, I went the next day, I was given the key and told to look around it check everything out which I did. I was asked if I wanted a test drive. While on the drive he told me everything that he new was wrong and also said what they would fix it. They did.I bought the car refused the extended warranty, they explained that by law I had a 30 day warranty just in case.A day later I heard a noise and vibration from the engine I called them again not a problem bring it back, I did they replaced pully wheels, drive belt and other related parts they even polished the headlamp cover. My lovely CRV is now humming like it is supposed too.They have two locations one on Cousineau and the one I went to on Montee St. Hubert go Dave and Maxim will definitely look after you.I know people will think I was paid for this revue or given a some kind of discount but no I did this because in the minefield of second hand car places there are a lot of sharks ready to screw you over but not these guy. Genuine, trustworthy and great service. If you are looking for a used car go check them out first at either site and I fully believe you will have a good experience and if you don't, speak to Dave first before doing anything else he will fix it.Sorry for the novel but it all needed saying.

I was very eager to go see a Speed3 they have.. i even call me insurance to get a quote but i was so dissapointed by the service they provided to me.I took a look around the car then i wanted to see the inside and engine compartment.. i was told to go speak to Julien he will help me.. 1st thing Julien told me was if i will finance the car or pay cash.. and was insisting to know it.. I was like thats very odd for a dealer to know 1st thing if i will finance the car or pay cash. I havent even took a decision or even had a good look at the car yet. He said if i decide to finance the tax % will bw 29% since i look young.. since i look young ??!!Anyway took me inside his office and said 'i see you had a good look of inside and started the engine already..' i was like 'no, i only had a look around the car and thats it' ... maybe he took me for someone else??Then took a piece of paper out of a drawer then said 'the car got check engine light on, handbrake doesnt work, rust spots and windshield is cracked'... i felt he really trying to push me away. After he put his piece of paper back in his drawer and said 'alright, thank you' without me able to say anything.Didnt had the chance to discuss anything with him like if he can start it up or open the door at least.. listed at $5500 for all these issues, maybe he couldve talk about a deal..nothingAnyway, I thanked him and got out of there. I'll keep looking for a new car but defo wont go there soon.

I have nothing but good things to say about this car dealer. I went with my parents on a Thursday night really close to closing and Maxime was amazing he didn't rush us and answered all of our questions. I absolutely love my suv and I am constantly trying to find reasons to drive it. If you're looking for a used car at a good price I highly recommend Auto St-Hubert. I bought a car from them almost 4 years ago and had a very good experience. They didn't make any false claims about the car being in perfect shape, they said they had just received it, and it might need a few hundred dollars of repairs. They put a temporary plate on the back and allowed me to bring it to a nearby mechanic for an inspection, who verified that it would need around $600 of repairs. For the price I paid, it was a great deal.

I went on Saturday and I saw a car that I liked, so on Monday morning I decided that I would buy it and I called them to tell them that I would buy that car and they said that it was still available and I could buy it, so I went that same Monday afternoon to finalize the purchase and they only told me that they had already sold it to another person!

I don’t recommend this dealer. Firstly, I was unable to get the inspection done on a car I was interested in because my inspector has been refused by them as they didn’t agree with his inspections after failing his inspections.When I returned to get a refund of my deposit, I was lectured by the man working there for not having an inspection done and “wasting their time”.Instead of being professional and understanding, he showed complete lack of basic professionalism.As someone who has worked with the public for a long time, I, the client had to put on my professional face and tone and treat him like a “difficult, emotional client” to keep the situation from escalating.

Sales worker Felix provided an excellent service and was very professional and informative. I recommend Auto Saint-Hubert!
