Hope Towing Ltd

We were stuck on the Coquihalla right in the middle of Hope to Merritt. We got the big flat deck truck that seated all 4 of us adults comfortably and Kyle was the most pleasant driver for our journey to the repair shop. Repair done and we continued our trip.

Excellent service. Was on motorbike, close to Hope, hit a rock on the highway, flattened my tire. Called Hope Towing, they showed up pretty quickly, with an excellent little motorcycle 'towing trailer'. It worked perfectly. Casey even waited around for me while I made a bunch of phone calls to find a moyorcycle repair shop in Chillwack that could take my bike on short notice. They hauled me and my bike there. Highly recommend Hope Towing.

I had an engine failure on the way to Manning and needed a tow from Sunshine Valley. They sent a truck pretty quick after I called and delivered me to the shop. No problems anywhere. The driver was friendly and helpful. Good experience overall.

Hey you know what you got to do at your own expense is have your vehicle unlocked after the driver locks the only set of keys in cab and walks away call Hope towing they'll tell you that's not my problem buddy we tried to call and left orders only we don't have service we were so we can't get messages yeah the work and the drivers are absolutely perfect and excellent but they've got to Lady dispatch I think I'm not sure but she is the most rudest person I've ever talked to over the phone it's the most horrible business experience I've ever had like I'm trying to give these guys money and they keep telling me hey that's left my problem of course it's not your problem that's why I phoned you that's the towing company Hope towing says the credit card will pay for it

My Car’s radiator blew about 15 minutes outside Hope on the highway leaving us stranded. Managed to get a cell signal and call for a tow. After a wait of about 20 mins our saviour for Hope Towing showed up. Casey was our tow operator and he was fantastic. Got us hooked up in no time and took us into Hope to find a Garage to look at the car. After calling around and getting told No from a number of places, Casey also called around and was able to get someone from Chilliwack to look at the car, and was able to bring us there. Thank God for Casey!! This is a what customer service should be.

I needed my vehicle towed from the northbound toll booth rest area to Hope. Driver 71 was personable and helpful. They were also accommodating in waiting for me to make other arrangements to get my family members to their destination while I went with the vehicle.Great service!Thanks for your help Kyle and the Hope Towing Team!PS Bryson was very kind and professional as well - he responded to the dispatch as well

I called needed an rv trailer moved a block over. Quoted 60-90 mins. 2 hours later guy drives by to look at the trailer said I'll be back in 20 mins. 2 hours later calls said sorry we can't help you with no explanation. Worst service ever.

Car broke down just past the Coquihala summit. Kyle came to the rescue. Had an almost three hour drive to the shop because of traffic. I had a totally enjoyable and safe ride! His use of the brakes on the steep hills was excellent and had some great conversations along the way! Thanks Kyle!
