BIGGEST JOKE OF A SERVICE DEPARTMENT VERY RUDE NEVER TAKE ANYTHING THEREThere service department says it will take an hour to do an oil change about 8 hours later I get my truck back with scratches all around the hood when told the service manager about it he said they were there yet it's a new truck with 5k on ot never been to a shop till the 1st oil changeTHEY ARE A JOKE all they wanna do is sell and whe. I recently had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at 777 Chrysler in Regina. As a loyal customer for over four years, I had always trusted them with my vehicle, but my recent encounter has left me deeply dissatisfied and unlikely to return.In February, I brought my vehicle to 777 for repairs, only to be told that the necessary parts were on back-order with no estimated arrival date. What was even more frustrating was the fact that during my visit, I received no notice or explanation of the work or diagnosis that was required. However, to my surprise, I informed of a bill to pay. This was a complete departure from my previous experiences, where I was always contacted to discuss the necessary repairs and the associated costs before any work was done.After several weeks, I called them again to inquire about the parts, only to be informed that I would be contacted once the parts arrived. It took them an astonishing three months to finally reach out to me on June 5th, 2023, asking if I was still interested in having the parts installed. To my disbelief, they admitted that they had actually received the parts back on March 30th, 2023. This lack of follow-up and inefficiency is simply unacceptable.On June 6th, when I dropped off my vehicle for the long-awaited repairs, I was informed that they didn't have one of the parts they had assured me they possessed. Consequently, they had to order the part.Overall, my experience with 777 Chrysler in Regina has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of communication, failure to provide timely updates, and the mismanagement of inventory have made this the worst vehicle service I have ever encountered. As the only place I had trusted with my vehicle, I can confidently say that I will not be returning to 777 Chrysler. I strongly urge others to reconsider taking their business elsewhere, as the poor service and disregard for customer satisfaction at this establishment are simply unacceptable.

Great Service! Highly recommend dealing with Moe! He made our experience easy and very enjoyable. He listened to everything we wanted and all our concerns. Would never deal with anyone else.

Not sure where they found this Cory Hardon guy. I've had better customer service at McDonald's. Maybe he should go work there as it's more aligned with his ability. Avoid this dealership and the Dalawri group in general. They've been a terrible corporation for 30 years now. That was the first time they scammed me on a vehicle purchase. I should know better to step into their lair. Some things never change.

The person who took care of me was very polite but things seemed a bit unorganized. We had been called that a part was in to repair our truck and we made an appointment to drop it off for the day. The person at the desk had no idea why I was bringing the truck in. Got it figured out and the truck was repaired before I finished work. Just a bit unorganized.

I recently bought a car here and it was fantastic! my salesman was amazing! He met with me and my dad on his day off in a closer location to save us from driving as far! He was very personable and helpful! I will definitely shop here in the future!!

Edit: the dealership responds to bad reviews with an automated bot, instead of trying to actually mitigate issues. They have not reached out and have not returned any of my emails regarding my troubles.Beware of used vehicles. They will sell something and then instead of taking accountability for any mistakes or oversights they will tell you that you should have done a better job inspecting it. My takeaway experience is to avoid dealing with Dilawri dealerships again.

We drove to Regina for the exact used truck my husband wanted. We paid way too much, only to get it home and realize there were a bunch of things wrong with it mechanically and otherwise. They had assured us that it had been checked over when it clearly hadn't. We would never buy from them again.Update: After speaking with the sales GM I was told that because it's been a year and their sales person who is no longer there didn't note the multiple cals made to him, they will not help us with anything and were told we should have called a manager so it's on us.
