Great Customer Service - Our central vacuum stopped working. Not a sound. Did some research and needed a new switch. Called Big Gary's to see if the had the part. Went there a few days later and Sharon immediately recognized my voice and got me the part. Also gave me some hints for the installation. Brought the vacuum hose in a few days later and they made certain that everything was working fine. Vacuum now works great. Thank you Sharon.

Our very old central vacuum motor packed itin. It had a Gary’s decal on it. I did a little on line shopping and quickly discovered the price point close across the market. I walked into Gary’s and spoke to Sharon. We discussed the equipment she recommended. I went home and did some more research.. I purchased the machine she recommended. I installed in about 3 hours. Very quiet and powerful. It pays to shop here over a box store. They know the product. Something you won’t find in box stores

We dropped in yesterday with an older vacuum that was no longer picking up well. Although Ken and his partner confessed that parts were no longer being made for our model, they took a look and, because of their expertise, were able to solve the problem almost instantly! They also refused to charge us for the repair! They did have an extensive collection of replacement bags, which meant we were able to find some for our vacuum. They have earned our loyalty for life!

Had a hiccup on the warranty claim on the cat and dog" Miele vacuum. But eventually the store came through

Today, my wife & I were dealing with Ken. I highly recommend anyone looking for educated service & quality vacuums to definitely pop in & ask for Ken as we are very happy with our experience today & the quality we left with. A+ 10/10 Thank you

Sharon was a great source of info and help during our recent purchase of a Sebo cannister vacuum. We would definitely go back to Big Gary’s and recommend them for a vacuum cleaner purchase.

Big Gary’s is my go to shop for bags and filters for my Miele Vacuum. They have also helped many of my family members and friends with any of their vacuum needs. It’s nice to see a family business still taking care of their customers after all of these years when you can’t get any service at the big box stores.

I had done business here & was happy. Until I took my Dyson upright vacuum to them . I advised the service tech what I had & fact I wasn’t getting good suction power.As soon as he heard it was a Dyson he just kept telling me that he wouldn’t even check it out for me as can’t get parts for them. Said they are junk throw away. But if I wanted a good vacuum he could sell me a new one.I kept saying I think it’s just a blockage somewhere could he just look at for me? Again he refused to even check it out.So I left thought about Recycling it out. But ended up just storing it instead.Recently I found my owners manual which suggested for blockage to first check the 2 Filters & to wash them out well.So not even knowing about these filters I pulled the main filter out and it was caked in dirt & hair etc. So I cleaned it off well & washed it.Surprise surprise the vacuum now had good suction power again.So I cannot & will not ever recommend or go back to this shop again for anything! Not happy at all.To top it all off the Meile vacuum he wanted to sell me on Sale price of $800. Was available at Walmart & Amazon for $500.??
