My favourite Sales Associate is Silver. The most friendly, helpful and down to Earth girl. I have never felt any pressure from her and I believe she always gives you an honest opinion.However, the clothes are overpriced and mediocre quality. Nonetheless, the styles are fashion forward so I keep coming back

go to this store if you ever forget what it feels like getting bullied <3 every single time i go into this store, the workers are so incredibly rude, condescending, and judgemental no matter how much money you spend/have spent in there. every girl they hire is so unimaginably unkind and pretentious it’s crazy. i shop online as much as possible because of the attitude of every single “stylist” in there (& this store has an extremely small selection of product). don’t support this store full of catty basic white girls that peaked in high school and are literal minimum wage workers(p.s. not a single one of you workers get paid enough to act this way, pls humble yourselves)

I rarely write a negative review but I was so disturbed by the employees at this Aritzia that I had to post. All the reviews below complaining of rude, condescending, bully-like, mean behavior by employees are all true. There is zero regard for customer care/service. The employees may as well be running a sorority lol.I watched as employees at the fitting room completely ignored people of colour waiting to try on clothing items, did not make any eye contact with them, and proceeded to let Caucasian people behind them into the dressing rooms first. Then at the cash register, employees made eye contact and cheerful conversation with Caucasians but would barely look at people of colour in the eyes or acknowledge that they were ready to check them out next.Is this what the employees are taught? To be racist? Or is it a disregard/fear of PoC? I'm not sure, but either way it is appalling behavior.

I recently went to Aritzia in Masonville and had a great experience. Shout-out to Nicole for the amazing customer service to both my sister and I. Nicole was friendly and genuine and took a lot of time to help us find what we were looking for. Thanks Nicole!

I am a loyal shopper here at this local Aritzia. I have been for years spending an immense amount. However I am extremely disappointed by the staff from today. I made a purchase November 27 on a regular priced item. One of the cashiers gave us 10% off despite it not being Black Friday. We weren’t sure of the item and wanted to try it on at home. No one said it was final sale And the back of the receipt states you can return. I come today to do a return and the manager aggressively took the item and said she said it is final sale. Without opening my mouth they handed me a gift card. The way they handled the situation is horrible. They show no empathy or care for their customers. I will never step foot in the store again. And personally it’s not about the money. It’s about the way they treat people. This is a retail job not worth treating customers unfairly. I hope they see this review and make improvements on the way they handle situations.

Beware instore full price of an order had to be paid upfront.In store order was made on a very expensive coat that was not in store. They ordered it and said it would be 3 business days it is now 2 plus 3 days and I was told today the coat is coming from Vanvcouver not from Ontario as was first suggested when the order was placed with a full payment of nearly $500. It will be now another weekas it still has not left Vancouver. I don't like their policy of taking a full payment and I am at their mercy of when it arrives. On good faith they should take a down payment, not keep my full money that I don't have access to, but they have it and looks good on their books. Many stores and other businesses have closed on a moments notice and customers never receive their goods or services. I will not be doing business with Aritiza again. The store was uncomfortably with loud music not being able to hear and think while you shop. Because of this, the sales clerk made a huge mistake on my receipt with the incorrect spelling of a simple name used a V for a B.

This is by far the worst aritzia I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible. The workers at the store are some of the rudest people I have met. I heard them talking badly about me and when I left, the lady pretty much threw my bag at me. Disgusting service for such a good brand.

I have been shopping at this branch for a while. I should say I have always had a great experience with the customer service Nicole provides. Always accommodating what need. Gives honest (not pushy) recommendations about how to best style something. Truly appreciate her Professionalism and respectfulness.

Rude employees. The cashier did not make eye contact, and aggressively rolled her eyes when I asked to make a return. She spoke in the form of one-word commands. She yelled CARD." when it was time for me to enter in my credit card
