This store rocks!!! Believe me, I am a tough nut to crack. I visited the store and met Yash Chawla number of times asking deals on every other phone possible. Being calm, Yash shared the details of all the phone specs, deals on every possible network which really helped me narrow down my options. After all this, I did not buy the phone until Black Friday when Yash attended me with the same smile and interest. Even their support after sales is excellent, all questions answered. I am very happy that I visited this Wow Boutique. Thanks, Yash Chawla.

(I am bit late in writing this review as I had a ongoing issue with FIDO which took 5 months to resolve.)I took 2 phones on FIDO connection during Boxing Day promo in December 2022 and I was given exceptional service by Yash Chawla. I was offered an amazing deal by Yash. Apart from Yash, Harry was also very helpful in resolving my issue with FIDO.I liked the way my issue was handled by WOW Mobile team, they were very supportive and helpful. I will surely return in future to WOW Mobile to take their services.

I was in the store 2 days ago and Yash was the customer service rep. that helped me. He was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about different provider plans and helped me weigh the pros and cons for each. He went above and beyond my expectations, he even hotspot his phone so he could update my phone. Highly recommend going to see him if your contract is up!!

I went there yesterday to get a new phone with a plan for my neighbour. However, because of their broken promises and actions, I was really unhappy and frustrated with the way they treated us. I just felt that there is discrimination going on which should not happen in Canada because it’s a multi-cultural country and everyone must be treated equally with respect and integrity. Unfortunately, due to a shortage of local labour, foreign students don’t know about this and nobody trained or explained this matter to them. This is why I will not go back to WOW Mobile anymore. I’m done.

If you are looking for excellent service, you wanna ask for Yash Chawla at Wow mobile boutique at Metropolis. The store overall has an excellent service but this guy made it further easier for me to decide the best plan and in making the migration smooth from Chatr to Fido. He is quick and goes beyond to help all the customers. Super satisfied with the service. Keep up the good work!
