Excellent customer service! The owner is super nice and friendly. Talks very polite and always smiles. I visit this place a lot of times to drop off my amazon package. Location is great, so close to my home and have lots of parking.I highly recommend this place.

First time coming here I dropped off my amazon return it has been a month and still I haven't received a refund. The owner took my package and never sent it back to Amazon. He wears a glass lense taped to his one eye.

Uncle helps you with your package shipping while the cat keeps you entertained lol. I wouldn’t go to any other purolator to ship any parcel. Best customer service ever. If you have any dissatisfaction just let them know instead of putting a bad review, I am sure they would help you with that.

The owner is friendly and has a super efficient way to return packages! All I did was read the number on the return label and he printed it for me and stuck it on the package in seconds. No hassle, no weird rules or rude staff (like most post offices) - exceeded my expectations. They also have a kitty :)

Have to give another great review. Owner is super friendly and the cat is just super cute! Always cheer me up to go there. Manu reminds me of my boy that I lost. The owner is always so humble, helpful and friendly.

I couldn’t find a package so called the store to ask if he could help me find it. He blamed me which was fine because I made the mistake of not taking a photo but then he got irate, raised his voice at me. I had to ask him to lower his voice and change his tone. He was so abrupt. Family around me who were listening were shocked by his aggression. I really wanted to support his business as he had asked me to review when he opened but I am very discouraged to go into the store now and will drive a little further to receive better service

Very poor customer service. Called the store this morning, coz I was tracking an order for my customer. The guy who answered the call was very rude to the customer and me as well. Was not at all ready to listen or help. He kept on talking rudely. This is the most inappropriate service to someone who is looking for help.
