My wife forgot to put our reusable bags back in the car and we are all about re-using and recycling. Today I went through the self checkout lane and there were no bags available. I asked the cashier for bags and she said she can't give them until I show receipt that they were paid for. Slows down the whole process of scanning your items and placing them straight into a bag. Now you have to scan your items, place them down and guess how many bags you need and pay for everything including the guesstimated amount of bags. Then obtain the bags from the cashier if you can happen to find her. then go back and pack your groceries. very time wasteful. Market Crossing Save-On doesn't do this.

Variety of products? Great!Quality? Acceptable.Staff? The least helpful of any Save-On-Foods location I've ever been to! Seriously! Of the many times I've been to this store, not once have the staff helped me find what I'm looking for or recycle or return items. What happened?

this store WAS a few years ago the one of the best now the the store is very poorly stocked, many products are missing that were always available at any time of the day, moreover, the atmosphere of this store is not friendly and the stock is under minimum, many products is missing a specially in Deli Dep!I amy very disappointed!I regularnie shopped here for many years and now I have to drive to Save on Food in Crossing Market to buy everything what I want

Sheryl was an excellent help few days ago. She went above and beyond to find proper products and pricing for me which didn't ask for it.Save on should proud of a staff like her.Overall a very clean and tidy store with lots of underground free parking available.Situated in very new closed mall with many shops around to explore.This store has walkalator which is very handy

Ok I'm very disappointed with the under cover security guard, and the manger on shift Tuesday afternoon May 23rd. They asked to look in my bag! I have been going there for years, its over priced but its close to where I live, and they actually think I would just take from them! They said a customer saw me put something in my bag. Yeah right that's what they all say! So rude! I'm a 50 year old man! I know better then to do something like that! I was so mad that I left. They owe me a proper apology!

Fiona from delli department is not a good worker. She don’t know how to speak with customers and with her coworkers. Hats off to coworkers who still helped me after listening to her. This branch should do something.

I live very close to high gate location, try to get all my groceries in one store. Unfortunately, I have never gotten a fresh lemon in this location. They are either soft or getting bad.

This is my favorite Save-On-Foods. Everything is always neatly shelved and stocked. The best part of my experience here is the the cashier Chris. She really makes the experience so great. Being very courteous and nice to talk too, and she usually has a fun shirt, hat or both that is themed to the time of year (Cool cat shirt with lights, or a fun mini Santa Hat, some Halloween themed shirt). Highly reccomend this Save-On-Foods, and going through Chris' isle when checking out cause she's so lovely to chat with when checking out.
