Excellent service! I can't say enough about this company and the compassion that Tom showed me in a time of desperation. I was hosting a birthday party in my home when all of a sudden my thermostat went black, shutting my AC off. I called Fixair explaining my situation. Tom graciously agreed to check out the issue, and within the hour he was at my home. It only took him a few minutes to fix the issue and had the AC running again. He saved the day! I would highly recommend this company for their speedy response, customer service and knowledge! It is really difficult to find a company that actually cares about the customer. Tom truly went above and beyond.
