Interesting history on the main floor. Shows the timeline of the company to date. From the old canoe to the cannons it was a nice place to wait around in before the interview. The higher levels are a bit of a cubicle farm, but the fact it has an on site cafeteria makes up for it. Friendly staff.

My Co-op was at this company. Even though I was not working at this office, I did manage to visit it on a meeting. I was very impressed with the clean, formal and fancy work environment. I would also have to say their lobby is well decorated as well with the history of the company, which is pretty rich, considering its origins can be traced back to the 17th century.

Horrible culture full of abuse and bullying. HR department conducts itself in an unethical way. They support the DSO (director of sales and operations) blindly and have no care or concern for store staff both management and non management.The good managers and head office staff leave because they can’t deal with the abusive non supportive culture. Store managers quit by saying they are going on vacation and Never return. They actually abandon their stuff in their company housing.That is not normal behaviour from a healthy workplace.

When I call to try and get in touch with HR regarding an issue that is THIS COMPANY'S FAULT I keep getting the everyone is busy message". I've left 2 messages and no one has called me back. I even tried stating my issue was critical to stay on the line and wait for a representative. I was sent straight to a mailbox again. What a way to treat a former employee."
