Definitely do NOT recommend this place. The guys who work here are very unknowledgeable and rude. I just moved to the area and every single time I’ve come to this location (5 times total) has just been the worst. 100% recommend taking the drive to the pembina or regent locations. Every time I go they mess up and give me the wrong coil, wrong mg juice, or don’t honour my points. Last time I went, the man opened my pod to check what coil I had and spilled my full tank of juice everywhere then acted like it was my fault. Horrible store horrible customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Had a few awful experiences shopping here. The staff are very rude, to the point they get frustrated if you ask to many questions. Don't recommend if customer service is important to you. Switched to flamingo as they are very customer service oriented, and have better prices along with just a overall better experience.Update: To my surprise I received a call from Traven who addressed all of issues. I am very Pleased with the fact I was reached out to and was able to communicate my position. Traven is relatively new but has amazing customer service skills. He listened and assured me this is not a usual occurrence. All my issues have been addressed, and I am satisfied with these results. He turned a unsatisfied customer into a customer who now will return back.

The guy who works here at the Pembina location next to the Co-Op Gas Station (the guy with the beard) is super nice, friendly, knowledgeable guy who knows his vapes and different flavors. I always enjoy talking to him when I visit this store, in fact, I would rather come all the way from wherever part of town I'm in just to come in and buy juice, coils, etc, from this location on Pembina. There was a couple times I got dud coils (as I buy them individually) and a wrong one by mistake and he always made it right, no hassle or anything. I will always keep coming back.

100% junk.They sell disposable vapes (the rechargable ones) and then when the coils burn before the tank is done they don't return them. It's like buying cigarettes and half the back being wet.These aren't cheap disposable ones either, they're $17-$34 with tax. Instead of putting the liability on the manufacturer or biting the bullet themselves they throw there customer under the bus.There's a few great guys working there, but there's a few losers too.

I just want to start off by saying I have been to almost every Fat Panda location in the city and none of them compare to this one, the staff are amazing overall but Jayson's service stood out to me, he was not only helpful but also had my best interest before the stores. He wasn't trying to get up sell me on anything and there was no pressure in buying something, where as most sales usually try to do that. I highly highly recommend this location to everyone, for me it's about a 20 minute drive but it is well worth the the trip to be treated the way I was. Keep up the good work guys, this will definitely be my location now! Thanks againMatt

The guy working was very informative and friendly. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will find something similar to it.

He is always so friendly and helpful when we come in!All of the staff that I've dealt with at this location are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to spend time with me to ensure that I get the proper supplies, and that they are to my satisfaction.I would recommend this fat panda location to all new and experienced vapers!

I’ve been to a few Fat Panda’s in the city, the St. Anne’s location has fabulous costumer service, I have never left without a smile on my face.Special shout out to their manager Jayson as he goes above and beyond to meet costumer needs and overall is just an awesome dude.

Helpful staff. Knowledgable staff. Friendly staff. All make for a good experience. Parking can suck but that's not their fault.

It was my first time at fat panda st Anne's a few months ago, just getting around to my review now. Jayson was awesome, very helpful and an amazing personality that had me thinking I was visiting a friend. ( as a retail manager myself fantastic sales abilities he has) Amazing customer service!
