I recommend this company. We wanted a heat pump for a loft area in our house, after several quotes from other companies, I chose climate works. Sales person listened to what we needed, gave us good advice and options, perfect. Installation was efficient and quick. Had a small issue with one function on the heat pump after the install, called them, again it was handled professionally. They sent a service tech out, Alex, he was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the system, fixed the issue with ease. On top of that he went the extra mile to look at our existing furnace and AC unit and again gave great advice on how best to maintain and use them to the fullest. This is obviously a well run company, every person we made contact with did a fantastic job.

Two days before Christmas our heating system let us down. We called Climate Works and they attended our residence immediately. After assessing the situation the company was able get us the parts very quickly even during the Christmas holidays. Alex was our tech on site and completed the work in a timely, diligent and professional manner. I highly recommend Climate Works and Alex for all of your HVAC needs.

I absolutely cannot recommend using Climate Works.I got a quote from Climate Works to replace our old AC and furnace with a heat pump and furnace in March of 2022, and placed a deposit shortly after. The install didn't end up happening until August of 2022, despite the fact they told us the install would be about a month out. I understand that supply chain issues were happening and often still are. However, their communication in the months between getting the deposit and actually installing the equipment was non-existent, which is unacceptable.We started having issues with the heat pump in October of 2022 - it sometimes wouldn't turn on when the thermostat called for heat. Since October they've had techs out 8 times to try and fix it, but the problems have only gotten worse. Heating mode on the heat pump is completely broken, so we ended up unable to use the heat pump for almost the entirety of winter. Every time a tech came to try to solve the problem I was told someone would be in touch soon. This was never the case. I often waited weeks, and then had to follow up with them several times to get them to come out again. If not for the fact that the heat pump is under warranty with them, I would have turned to another company long ago.After the 8th failed attempt from them at fixing the heat pump, they agreed to replace it. That was over 6 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything further. I have gotten no response when calling or emailing them to try to get an update, so as far as I can tell I'm going to be stuck with a broken heat pump indefinitely.If you like having equipment installed that doesn't work and can't be fixed, having to follow up several times to get a simple service appointment, and generally being ignored, I highly recommend Climate Works. Otherwise, stay away.

We've had a cold climate air source heat pump installed by Climate Works. They've done excellent work, were responsive to our needs, and have provided very good customer service.

We had Climate works complete our entire hvac/propane services and it was outstanding dealing with them, they arrive on schedule, Tim in the office always would notify us of any appointments and the workmanship was outstanding!! Wouldn’t look any further for a hvac company!

Climate Works has serviced our domestic hot water, heating, and cooling system for many years. Last Saturday, a circulator pump began to leak in our domestic hot water system. We left a message for Climate Works and Monday morning they called to confirm that a technician would arrive that afternoon. Alex arrived at 2, diagnosed the problem, went to get the new pump and had it installed in a new and improved configuration by 7 p.m. He worked quickly and steadily to get the job done in a single afternoon, working into the evening to complete the task. A job well done as always.

ClimateWorks did an amazing job on our vent cleaning. Sean, the technician was so professional and polite, we don’t have enough good things to say about him. We will definitely be using them again for their services.

Cody and Matt did a great job with my power vented water tank installation. They were pleasant, professional and answered any questions I had. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service. And they are definitely an asset to their company well done ladz.

Alex was very thorough and professional. He noticed during an annual maintenance visit that the exterior exhaust and air intake ducting was not installed to code and noted it in his report. This lead to the problem being corrected. It is rewarding to see a technician taking pride in his/her work which reflex’s extremely well on climate works as a company. Thank you for a job well done.

My furnace keep blowing the 3 amp fuse, Alex arrived and took a couple of hours trying to find the cause which he did, he never gave up until he found the root of the problem. He was extremely professional and explained each step he was taking in detail. Alex also provided me some valuable information on air filters for my furnace which was much appreciated. The cost was very fair and I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
