This clinic very good, and for one thing the policy a year ago has changed, clients (with precautions) can be in the room with pets; Ariane Brueckmann does expert diagnoses of animals, also I benefit as well, she has a cheerful attitude and this is contagious, in the last visit she checked my dog Zorro 'from stem to stern' also I felt good for the rest of the day; these days it's hard to find anyone genuinely happy in interaction with people (and their pets), in her case certainly stems from a real love of her work.

I just brought a cat in that came to my house for 3 days crying to get in to see if it had a microchip. Unfortunately it did not.However, after the vet checked for the microchip she did go the extra mile by insuring that the cat did not have fleas and/or ear mites and any other disease that would show easily. She also answered all my questions like how old the cat is and if he is in good health and if he is fixed - the cat was an adult and not too young and yes he is healthy and yes he is fixed.So yes, very satisfied with the veterinary place.

I just moved to the neighborhood from Ontario and after a few days my dog developed a infection on his foot. It seamed to need antibiotics because it was a simple infection. But left untreated can cause more severe problems. I went to their reception and asked for help in English. I was told that the earliest appointment was over two months away.I feel that as a health professional that it would be priority of the animal that needs treatment and mitigation of further health issues over previous appointments for simple check-up that can be postponed.I know if i were asked to wait as another more serious situation was taken care of first,I would.

Amazing service and care. Unfortunately latest visit was to put our cat to sleep. Not rushed at all, offered all the time we needed. Kindly offered a hair souvenir in a little glass bottle. If that wasn't enough, they sent a Condolence card a poem. Very thoughtful Vets and Techs. I would give 10 stars if I could
