We were so very excited to use Hoppe's and they were friendly when they opened our pool. There was a lot of miscommunication though and they decided to use their own chemicals even though we had our own and they did additional work that was not approved by myself or my spouse. Once receiving the bill and discussing further they put words and conversations that never happened onto my spouse and unfortunately it was a he said she said kind of discussion. They did give us a bit of a discount but from a $300 opening to over $1k bill it was not called for and expected more conversations to be had. To be clear a part did have to get changed and we did know that and did know the cost of that part but not the other additional work that was completed. The workers knew what they were doing and our pool was opened correctly just the lack of communication and responsibility taken for it is what we are both not pleased with. Unfortunately they have lost our business even though we had planned on using them for cleanings and for opening and closing for the foreseeable future.

Had the Hoppe crew come out and replace our pool liner. These guys were incredibly professional and knew their craft. The liner went in with no issues and has significantly improved how the yard looks. Loved that they didn’t cut any corners and made sure to answer any questions we had.Highly recommend this local company for all your pool needs!

Amazing team, I live a good distance into the country and they made no hesitation to come handle a leak and set up my equipment for me on a new home purchase.Thanks again!

Would recommend Jeff and his team for your Hot Tub issues. They came out as soon as they could at this time of year and resolved the problem with our Hot Tub. Very professional when dealing with them.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I couldn’t count how many phone calls had to be made to rectify an issue that stemmed from my original service call. Then to be charged for an additional service call fee for an issue that was caused from my original call. Stay clear away from this place. Extremely high prices and they push chemicals onto you that are not required. Owner takes no accountability. Avoid this place or become a victim!!!

I would never usually do this but I am so disappointed in the customer service experience I received from Hoppes pools. I feel others should know not to ever use this company !! Definitely don’t ever purchase a hot tub cover from them !!!! THE WORST !!!!

Poor customer service or lack of follow-through in the three times I've contacted them.In response to your reply, last year I left 2 messages about the liner quote from 2022 and never heard back from you.
