Pickup was fast and easy. Huge selection of video games. 15 year old me would have been like... well... a kid in a candy shop. Or a kid in a video game store. If I had more time, I would have loved to take a longer look around the store. Would definitely visit again the next time I purchase and pickup in store.

Location doesnt even deserve a star. Just echoing all the bad reviews here and disgusting customer service. The guy completely yelled at us for not standing at the proper line which is a little piece of paper that is posted in the middle. Sir? Quick advise if you dont like your job? QUIT. We dont need your attitude as we customers are the one reason you have that is why you have that job in the first place?! Disgusting never coming back there again!

The staff in store are lovely. But I wanted to just call in to ask a simple question instead of going all the way there and apparently your phone number isn't updated so that's kind of annoying...

Incredibly helpful staff.Got a PS5 from here two days ago. The manager Carolyn was amazing. Other staff members were also super nice. Highly recommend.

Great store! Good selection! Great staff! You’ll have to be patient at times as it’s the in mall! This location is great as there is enough parking for a downtown mall.

Friend of mine was having trouble getting her damaged controller refunded. One of the employees was kind enough to exhaust every option available to try and figure out how she can get the information required to authorize the refund. Very impresses with the customer service and how she went above and beyond for us. Give all your staff a raise because they're keepers!

EB games it's a very good place if you are looking for something new and fan based things. They have a lot of variety in consoles and games and toys of all kinds of stuff.. the staff is very kind and they aways want to help you, if you have any question they are happy to help, I recommend!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff members. The store is always neat and tidy and always has tons of new items in stock. Checkout is usually very fast and the cashiers are very efficient. I always have a pleasant experience when I shop here and I visit pretty regularly. Great store to find unique and cool items.
