Family Dental Care - Spruceland

We love Family Dental! Staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. I highly recommend them. Sally at the front is absolutely AMAZING. Leanne is super friendly and helpful. My hygienist Melissa is super sweet and does such a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Choi has a warm bedside manner and does excellent work. You really feel like family when you’re there. Love you guys!

Spruceland is a great place with friendly staff and a very clean space. Easy to talk to and they are always willing to help you meet your dental needs. I highly recommend this office.

I was quoted by Dr. Chahal a total of $800 to have two cavities done.Based on receiving clarification from my dentist in another province, I DO NOT infact have two cavities, my teeth are perfectly healthy. I strongly feel that I was mis informed and taken advantage of.My experience with Dr. Chahal was traumatizing to say the least, and then to find out he was going to fix" two cavities that did NOT exist and then proceed to charge me for them.I want to inform other patients to be aware of Family Dental

I love coming here because of the professionalism of the staff. Things can be reasonably priced. I am grateful for any open spots when its an emergency. I love it when I am able to get sedation due to my phobia due to dentist appointments and any pain if I have to get the needle. I am grateful when I have to get the needle and staff are comforting and get the job done in a quick and efficient manner.

I’m so glad I found this place. It was actually recommended to me by a friend, and then I also read a lot of good reviews online. After my 1st appointment, I understand why! From the staff in reception, to the dental assistant to the actual dentist himself…….. everyone was great. I don’t usually write reviews in general, let alone give 5/5’s or 10/10’s….but these guys earn it!I have to say it was a little worried going in, cuz not all dentist experiences are the same or as positive as this one. With that said, when it came to sitting in the chair- from the freezing to the work itself- I felt no pain. I’ve def got a few more dentists appts ahead of me, but even after just the 1st cleaning my teeth are looking so much better! I know this cuz I received compliments! Which felt amazing after feeling self conscience about my teeth. I wish I didn’t procrastinate this long, cuz after the initial appointment I’m surprisingly looking forward to the next ones!You won’t be disappointed you went there, most def recommend!

I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a great family dentist to go there! My only experience is with the spruce land location, although I know there are multiple locations around Prince George. The staff is very friendly. They take the time explain things, and make sure that they answer any questions or concerns etc. They have excellent bedside manor, they are great with kids, and they make every visit something to look forward to.Dr. Chahal is definitely my preferred dentist. He is skilled and has made any procedure I’ve had done with him comfortable and hassle free.They definitely go above beyond over there, and I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!An easy 5 stars!!!!

I personally feel like it is one of Prince George BC secrets in plain sight; being able to get a dental appointment at the patient's convenience. The Dental industry at Large has grown making their clientele believe they were at the mercy of their availability for assisting you, at their discretion. Family Dental Care turns back to their patients, and if only it was only about being open on a Saturday, but it is so much more.

I have been going to this office for a few years now and find the staff to be very attentive and always happy and pleasant to deal with. I feel safe and cared for in this clinic. I highly recommend it.

The staff are thoughtful and kind. The hygienist I see is careful and thorough. The dentist checks in when all I need is a cleaning. My last dentist would never do this.

I am extremely afraid of dentists but my dental family are very accommodating and they don't make me feel like I am weird or just trying to get attention. I'm moving and would love to be able to take my dental family with me. They are special and I hope and pray my new dental office is as wonderful and kind as the one I'm leaving behind.
