Bought my first condo with George, and never looked back since.He’s got a unique view on the real estate market, his knowledge goes beyond your typical realtor who does ntg but to draft contracts and accompanying you to a showing.Ie, he gives a great macro economic backdrop of the reality we are facing as buyers/sellers, realistic expectations of profits and returns (on investment properties)I have since dealt with him over 6 times personally, and have referred him to all my friends and families.
