The buzzers NEVER stopped the whole time we were there. It was horrible. Then rude people dragging chairs across the floor rearranging everything to their wishes. Send out an employee to LIFT the chairs and tables. I had a horrible headache when I left from having to concentrate so hard to hear my friends. It was not a nice experience.

This Tim Horton's is horrible. I'm giving two stars for the simple fact that I somewhat got the items I paid for. Inventory at 10 am on a Sunday was scarce (donuts, cookies, muffins, timbits, etc). Not that it matters but all employees were young, on a Sunday, whereas service is most needed and reflected. I have heard many stories about this location and now I have one of my own. The lids on my coffees weren't secured so all the coffees spilt on my passenger seat when I tried to transfer the tray to the floor of my passenger seat. Luckily McDonald's is next door and I was able to replenish my coffees as I was not going back in to wait 30 mins for new ones. Horrible location, the owner should be ashamed of themselves. The employees did what they needed too, the owners need to do more. If I get the standard response to contact a 1800 number, I'll be sure to emphasize on that. All this to say, just go to McDonald's lol. I got my coffees within 5 minutes rather than 30.

My experiences at this location are consistently negative whether I go through the drive Thu or go inside for service. Inside service is extremely slow (as Tim Horton's locations put more focus on speedy drive thru services to the detrement of in restaurant customers). At this particular location .. inside service is terrible. Staff shortages, new poorly trained staff alone in busy cash spots, and lacking in team supporting each other approach. Today I was inside and it was embarrassing to watch a new not-well-trained employee struggle at a busy cash... Make many mistakes so that customers returned incorrectly made drinks...myself included for a drink correction 3 times. These instances of poor service are disrespectful to your employees but more importantly to your customers. I heard negative comments from a 5 person line-up waiting...to be served. Ordinarily I would not bother going back and go somewhere else but since I live in Embrun I thought I would share my experiences to date one time only in hopes that you as owners would change.. respect your employees more as well as serve your in restaurant customers with more respect & appreciation. If not, you have lost me (who know how many others who didn't bother to take the time to tell you their bad-service stories) as a loyal customer. I noticed in previous negative reviews you asked people to call to chat with you... It is up to you to reach out to your customers. Ask me for contact info and the contact me for further discussions. My experience in the past with your 1-800 number has been as bad as your store location service. Most of all I hope you change your location service methods.

Honestly it’s becoming annoying always having to go back inside because our coffee isn’t properly made . It seems the sugar machine is not right , it always seems like there’s no sugar in our coffee, the service is slow and it seems like the worker just don’t care about their customers. I haven’t had so much trouble since the past 2 years . Could take 20 minutes for a mobile order and at least 15 minutes before getting your food. I always think to myself , it must just be the machine or something , but for it to happen everytime I go , I’ve decided to buy a coffee machine and do it at home. It’s sad considering the amount of money we have spent at this location. The owners need to have a team meeting and discuss these issues .

I assume either the owner just doesn't care about this store so doesn't provide it with the management and supervision needed, or the employees here just really hate the owner for whatever reason.But I have been disappointed way too many times to ever come back for anything more than a coffee. Service is always terrible. People don't care, unfriendly, rude, seem to have zero team cohesion.Last night I ordered cheese pizza for my daughter. Took them almost 20 mins to make it. When it finally arrived they were so lazy and incompetent they had put the pizza sauce on top of the cheese. I'm not sure how you can ruin something so easy to make, but they certainly impressed me.I respect that fast food is very unfulfilling, and there are lots of worker shortages, I just can't imagine putting such little effort into something while trying to maintain any shred of dignity doing it.I'm just one family, but this store will not be receiving our patronage anymore.

first , i ordered a regular pastry, and i got the jalapeño one, i did ordered breakfast wrap without hashbrown , i got it with hashbrownand no one wears the hair protection, so i got one in my food. i paid 33 dollars for nothing i through it in garbage. Definitely, they need a new manager to keep the place under control

Very rude service at the drive tru, manager is really rude, she threw our drinks in the garbage in front of our face and yelled at us for complaining about her service
